Stayed Dec 24, 2022Happy staying here and everything in order as per the listing. One improvement I can think of/suggest is the water pressure from showers(especially master room)

Stayed Jul 24, 2022Great place, spacious, clean, and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of towels. It is mere steps from the pool and playground, which my kids loved. We would stay again.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022Great amount of space for a family! We loved the clubhouse and the ability to order some snacks while swimming. Please be sure to have your kids wear goggles in the saltwater pool! We had a few eye issues. The Condo itself was nice. No real extras here though so be sure to provide your own showering items/laundry soap types of things. My only real complaint is the showers being very weak and the kids shower “screeched” but there’s nothing that can be done about that. Overall would recommend staying at Frank’s! Frank was very responsive and kept in good communication with me the whole week!

Stayed Dec 30, 2021Frank has a fantastic place. I stayed with my two adult sons and we each had a room. They stayed up late playing games while I went to sleep on the other side of the condo. It was a short 1 hour drive to KSC where we spent a couple days.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021I wasn’t sent the right paper work until after I was stuck two hours tryna to receive the code to the unit. Also the bed broke down the first night I was there and me and my man had to put it completely back together also property owner changed me 98$ For damaged towels when the towels was dingy to being with and only because I put them on the floor to protect the bed from getting dirty while fixing bed.

Stayed Mar 29, 2021We stayed here for a week, perfect location. Close to all Orlando theme parks , easy access to highways. Very clean and spacious condo, definitely will stay here again.
