Windsor Hills 3 Bed Condo! Great Rates!

Not enough hand soap.

This property is in a great location. Easy to walk to the pool & market. The complex had multiple activities throughout the day for kids to participate in and the staff was always friendly and kind. Only complaint was the trash was not taken out when placed in the designated bin and that caused a lot of small flies near the front entrance and into the condo. There were also no check out instructions on what do to with the linens or what to do with the trash, however I was able to find that information on the complexes website. The host was easy to communicate with and got back very timely. Also great location to Disney springs, Walmart & Starbucks. The pool is huge and even when it was crowded we found room to swim and cool off.

This condo had a great location n the ground floor. Close to the pool and little store they have. I would go back again!!

We weren’t there much but there were some concerns, to be fair we did not contact anyone about them. And for the price we could not complain. In one bathroom 2 lightbulbs out. In one bedroom the ceiling fan did not work. In another bedroom the ceiling lights did not work and the the chain was broken off the ceiling fan so we could not adjust the speed. We also received no check out instructions so we guessed. Proximity to what we wanted to do was excellent and the pool was amazing!

The property was exactly as described. We loved that it was a first floor condo since the property doesn't have elevators. It is also a short walk to the pool. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The only downfall was finding the property to collect our code and key since we arrived after hours. The parking lot is under construction so I didn't see the Outback at first as the instructions said.

Unlike a lot of VRBO rentals do not expect anything extra. No dish soap, tabs for the dish washer or even a kitchen scrubbie. 6 towels for 6 people and 2 reminded me of dollar store quality. The twin beds were broken and when repaired we were told just don't move two much in them and you'll be okay my 15 year old daughter and 22 year old niece were aftaid to move in their sleep. And truly only one as fixed the other still dipped. A 10am check is a little early and as of 10am all access to the poil and such is deleted, don't plan to killtime poolside your last day.

It was pretty affordable and withou incident. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It’s not the cleanest and not high end, but it’s issues are minor. Beds aren’t very comfortable but we were exhausted so we slept hard anyway. Dishwasher and washer are noisy, a few stains on carpet, broken bed leg and toilet seat. But those things didn’t impact our fun at the gorgeous pool or our overall experience. Traffic gets really busy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again. Seems silly to make you drive to pickup code and packet instead of just emailing it like most hosts. That would be my biggest complaint because they are closed evenings anyway. Don’t expect to see a gator in the wetlands, but so expect to thoroughly enjoy the pool & water features!! Go early to get a chair by the pool or wait until late afternoon:

We were happy with our stay. Everything was as advertised. Whoever used the property before us left a bunch of loose garbage in the bin, which they were not supposed to, but once I bagged it up, it was taken away promptly. Overall, happy w property and services. And my daughter LOVED the pool!

The rooms looked dated and old...The bathroom was dirty and their was a roach in the corner of the window..

Pool was nice, just a half mile from Wal Mart. Uber getting in and out of the gate was a challenge some days, but overall would recommend it and probably will stay there again. Check in was easy and was our first VRBO experience, overall excellent.
