Stayed Jun 29, 2025We had a good time. I was happy with the cleanliness and overall safe feel from the area and surroundings. Make sure to pack/buy any seasoning and condiments and paper products you'll need. All dishes and utensils, coffee machine, etc were provided. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I expected. Just make sure to bring a flashlight if you're walking at night, there aren't many streetlights off the main road. Lastly, the pool looks a lot bigger in pictures, so we were a little disappointed with that and it needs some maintenance as my spouse nearly cut his foot on the bottom where some of the concrete was cracked. We were thankful for extra air filters... we changed it out due to allergy issues because it hadn't been changed since March. Just a suggestion for the master bath shower, it was a little frustrating with the leak in the showerhead. It was still usable but, very messy. If it's possible to replace it, that would be great.Neighbors were super friendly!Thank you for an overall nice stay!

Stayed May 24, 2025Place was very nice and clean. Well stocked with dishes, towels, and extra blankets. It had any kitchen utensils anyone could ever need. Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride or walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. The kids loved the pool which was very clean. Just make sure u take toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. There was only 1 of each there (which was stated in the listing).

Stayed May 15, 2025My girlfriend and I loved the condo and our neighbors couldn't have been nicer. I just never heard back from the property manager whenever I had questions or concerns.

Stayed May 8, 2025The property was very clean and nice. We were there for a soccer tournament and it was an ideal location. Lisa was a downstairs resident of the complex and was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again. Sandy
