Windemere1406 Penthouse level 2BR/2BA beachfront condo with amazing gulf views!

Thanks for a great stay. So many special touches provided made us feel very welcomed. . The indoor parking spot is a little tight, but larger vehicles can park outside. The beach is beautiful and there are very good local restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Fisherman’s Corner. Hope we can return again.

Pool was open and lovely. Beach was beautiful! View was fantastic! Very well stocked, clean, and comfortable!

I'm happy to have found this condo! Leann was a wonderful host, with quick responses to any questions I had. She provided the best vacation experience with a clean unit, comfortable furnishings and a lot of extras which made it feel like home. The parking spot is very convenient, being close to the elevators for easy loading/unloading of luggage. The view was excellent and the beach was not crowded. It is a quieter area, which we loved. The pizza place and food truck across the street were nice to be able to walk to. Morning walks on the beach and watching dolphins from the balcony were the best! Great weather all week was the icing on the cake. Thank you, Leann, for sharing your piece of paradise!

Nice quiet stay

Beautiful condo with amazing views, comfy beds, pretty decor in terrific condition, clean, and extremely well equipped. Quiet, and in such a good location. Not surrounded by tourist traps - just beautiful beaches and lovely sunsets. We hope to return.

We can't say enough about our stay at this property! Leann/Kevin responded quickly to a couple questions that we had. They truly seemed to have thought of everything to make sure our stay was perfect! Of course, it's our opinion, but the furniture was comfortable, the beds were amazing, the lighting and mirrors were perfectly placed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were all the appliances and cooking utensils that we needed. Since we were there mostly for R&R, we cooked in most of the time with no problem. The showers were also perfect. It was enjoyable to watch the dolphins and walk on the beach. The only disappointment was that it was already taken for next January!! Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo.

Leann answered any questions and made everything easy. The condo was very cute and charming.. loved the Christmas decorations! The views were breathtaking. We have already booked again for next year! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

Everything needed was provided, the thoughtful care of the hosts evident in very detail. As I stood in the fully furnished kitchen looking through the open living room I could see nothing but the calm Gulf meet blue horizon. Immediately, waves of calm and happiness drew me into the beauty of this spacious condo and the wonder of Nature. The natural and manmade worlds merged nearly seamlessly when lounging on the sofa, or dining on the balcony. Dolphins swimming by were a surprise, and the terns, gulls, pelicans, and little pipers were occasionally comical companions as I strolled the clean, uncluttered beach. After beach time, having a warm shower or deep-tub bath were welcome luxuries using the eco-friendly, soothing toiletries provided. The full-size, state-of-the-art washer and dryer were huge, no doubt capable of all of the laundry a large group would need and gratefully put to thorough use. I went to Perdido Key Beach for my annual spiritual retreat, my 4th visit in 4 Decembers in a Windemere condo, and my first in this home-away-from home made available by Leann and Kevin. Their attention to making themselves and anything I might need available for my comfort and ease of living was evident. THANK YOU!

Leann’s condo was beautiful! It was well equipped with everything and more that we needed for a very enjoyable stay. It was very comfortable and the Christmas decorations added a nice touch. We so loved standing on the balcony looking at the ocean and watching the dolphins jump. It was so relaxing!

Everything about this condo is amazing! The hosts are welcoming and the beds are so comfortable it was hard to get up. We loved the kitchen and the view was fantastic. It was paradise!

Unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. Beach access was easy. View from the unit was beautiful. Communication with owner was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer vacation.

This is our second time we stayed here and we brought our friends this time. They loved it as much as we did. You can't beat the location right on the beach and high enough for a great view of the gulf and the beach. The condo has a great layout for 2 couples and Leanne and Kevin, the hosts, do a great job in making sure you have all the comforts of home. We were close to great restaurants, golf, hiking, grocery stores, but the condo is close to Perdido Key State Park, so it wasn't overdeveloped. We are already talking about when to schedule our next stay!

This is such a beautiful and perfectly located condo! The host makes the process so easy and has thought of every detail a person would need. She definitely makes it feel like vacation from the moment you arrive. It is the perfect vacation spot!

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo and we look forward to many more stays in the future! It's the perfect location. Walmart and grocery store close by. Traffic isn't ridiculous. Lots of restaurants close by. The beach is never overly crowded. The premises are well kept. The hosts have put so much thought into the amenities and making things convenient. Having access to chairs, umbrella, and beach toys right at the beach entrance made beach days easier. The balcony was also a favorite spot. The views are amazing! Dolphins and coffee...can't beat it! I can't recommend this condo enough!

Enjoyed our family vacation. We always look forward to coming here. Feels like home and such a relaxing place.

Awesome condo very clean

Great property! The condo was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful view and plenty of space on the beach line for any one who chooses not to rent chairs. The hosts were kind and responded quickly (we had zero issues; just asked for an early check in which they graciously allowed!) Will be back!

Wonderful stay! This condo is so equipped with all the essentials needed to have a great week away from home. All the little things like : paper plates, forks, hand soap, fans, beach toys and chairs. Love how close it is to the beach! We plan to return for sure!!

This place is as advertised. The condo itself was clean and had everything you need. In addition, the location and views are great! We will be back here for sure! If there was anything, I would say to the condo association, update your workout room! The equipment could be better. Otherwise, this place was the best condo I have stayed at in Perdido Key!

Easy check in process and worked out where we got to check in earlier in the day which was so nice. Kitchen had everything you needed. I loved all the little extras that they have like soap, trash bags, ziplock bags etc. which was so nice if we needed. Thanks again!

The apartment is beautiful. It has everything you need to spend a great vacation. It was clean. Dining in the balcony with the sunning view it is perfect! We did not want to leave. My son loves books and he was so happy when he found several books and crayons.

This was our second stay here and we still LOVE it! The host has thought of everything (and then some) and created a true home away from home!!

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a beach condo and I’m 69 years old. I’ve never stayed at a condo that was so well stocked with everything you could think of! Great access to the beach/ boardwalk with the assigned parking space in the garage right next to the boardwalk access. Thank you so much for a memorable experience.

We have stayed at Windemere property for many years for our family beach vacation and this condo was by far the best we have rented. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed from spices, appliances, extra blankets, games and so much more! We didn't have a parking tag upon arrival, so I emailed through the app requesting one. Within 10 minutes there was a knock on the door dropping one off! We will definitely be booking this condo for all our future stays at Windemere. Thank you for helping make our beach vacation AMAZING!

We were so impressed with the condo! It was stocked with so many things we didn’t expect-fully stocked kitchen including spices!, games and books that we enjoyed on the rainy day, coffee bar, shampoo & soap in the bathrooms, and even some beach chairs. The beds were so comfortable as was the whole the condo. We had such a great time and would love to come back!!

The location was perfect, condo was newly renovated and gorgeously done, the property manager was friendly and responsive, perfect parking spot and even let us use their beach chair and beach toys. Thank you Leann, we had a wonderful time and would love to visit again in the future.

We have been to Perdido Key about 5 times and without a doubt this was our favorite place to stay! Super clean, wonderful decor, lots of little extras and even some adorable holiday decorations. We truly appreciated your home and thanks for allowing us to relax and enjoy the beach. We plan to stay here again when we can!

Very clean with all the conveniences needed. Will definitely stay again. I am not sure if I missed finding the information on how to get to the 14th level but the elevators goes only ti the 13th. You have to take stairs up to 14th, which is difficult with luggage.

This was our second stay at this property. It never disappoints.

From the communication with our hosts before our trip, to the ease of preparing to leave, our stay couldn’t have been more relaxing. All of the little “extras” helped to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The coffee bar, extra dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, keyless entry lock, cleanliness, etc., made for a worry-free vacation. It was nice not having to round up those items, after a 17 hour day of sitting in airports. We will definitely stay there again!

Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, well equipped and our host was very responsive and informative. We were right on the Gulf overlooking the beach. We brought coffee, filters, extra paper towels and toilet paper. None of it was needed. The decor was nice and comfortable. We will definitely return!

We loved every minute and hope to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts who were very responsive. Loved the “sonic” ice machine. The view is even better than the picture and the patio was very private with walls between the units.
