Windemere 1003-Beautiful Beach Views!

This was our 4th time staying in Perdido Key /The Windemere & this was our favorite stay by far! The condo unit was clean and spacious. It was decorated so cozy and nice. I loved being there. It had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

The Windemere #1003 was exactly as described. My daughter and her college roommates ended up coming with us last minute because their spring break plans fell through and it slept all 6 of us comfortable. Unfortunately the days we went were cold and extremely windy, so playing games we brought in the condo was roomie enough and sat all of us perfectly and sitting on the balcony was nice (except for the people above us smoking pot every 15 minutes). The location was great for us because it was away from the Spring Breakers and the beach not crowded at all but 5-15 car ride from shopping and food. I've stayed in Gulf shore area the last 5 spring breaks and this was the 1st condo where I didn't have to wait fir an elevator...ever....no matter the time of day or night. The parking spot for #1003 has a concrete column next to it making it difficult to park anything bigger than a compact car in the spot. We mostly parked on the open 2nd level of the garage (which the ramp there too is extremely tight, but better parking was better).

Overall, was an enjoyable month. Very social snowbird group that were welcoming. Furniture condition good but uncomfortable. Typical condo kitchen supplies. Little storage for food.

This was our second visit to Windemere, and our first stay in this unit. We love the beach and the location of the condo with so many neighborhood restaurants nearby. This unit was decorated beautifully and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Perdido Key.

Very clean & pleasant!

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, functional, and well cared for. It had everything we needed, and the extra large balcony/furniture was very nice. Private beach area was quiet and only steps away. Didn’t utilize pool or hot tub. Location was great, between Orange Beach and Pensacola and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Beautiful, clean and up to date. Loved being on 10th floor. Plenty of beach front. Parking is bad, especially when someone takes your space.

We LOVED our stay at this property. We arrived at 10:00 p.m. after a 19 hour drive from Nebraska. As soon as we turned on the lights we were so happy. We went straight to the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was just great! There were no problems with anything during our short 2 days stay. The beach is just outside the door. Well stocked with dishes, towels, and very clean. We can't wait to go back with all of our family!
