Windancer 306 - Elite Gulf Front Condo, Free Beach Service, Pool, Grill

Great communication, great location and outstanding view!! A few minor issues, ceiling fan inop, a noisy upstairs tenate, and the 2 chairs in the living room could use a cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in process was very simple. I received excellent communication from a concierge asking if we needed anything at all. The unit was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We watched dolphins while drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. Short walking distance to the private beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach!!! We’ll definitely go back!

We had the best getaway here! It was perfect! The amenities were modern, the view was amazing, and the bed was SO comfortable! Grocery store is a block away, and a nice place to eat on the beach is less than 1/2 mile away. We will definitely be back! We loved it

We loved the Windancer. The condo is nicely updated, clean and spacious. Having a heated pool in March was awesome. It is conveniently located close to everything that we wanted. We loved the view of the Gulf and being on the beach.

The unit was very attractive and in excellent condition. Also it was very well equipped in the kitchen and even had beach toys and games for children. My only complaint is the noise from above. This was the first time we heard every step and chair dragging from the unit above. It was either due to poor insulation or people who could only stomp when they walked

Very pleased with rental. Walk out your door and be on the beach! Extremely clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. I would most definitely stay here again. Close to everything!

The unit is very neat and well laid out. We enjoyed our time there. The only major issue we had was that there was absolutely NO contact from the property manager or their representattive. We were instructed that we would be contacted between 24 and 48 hours prior to our stay by someone. That never happened. Absolutely no contact before nor after arrival other than a request for review. We had a couple of questions prior to arrival and had no way to ask or get answered. Great condo, POOR management skills.

Love windancer and this updated unit was the best out of the 6 I’ve stayed.

The condo is as described-views from the balcony overlook the ocean and the pool. Steps from the beach and pool mean extra time to relax. Chair service is an extra nice perk. Plenty of pillows/linens/towels. Fully accessorized kitchen. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I enjoyed our week on the beach. The rental is accurately listed and was clean. Easy check in instructions provided. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrellas available each day. Would definitely recommend staying here
