This spacious and charming condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it perfect for a family getaway. Recently renovated with stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a closet, and an attached bath with its own tub/shower combo. Enjoy meals together at the dining table, which seats six, or step onto the large balcony for al fresco dining with outdoor furniture and stunning views. * Parking passes are valid for 7 days from date of check in for short term stays, and 30 days for monthly. Any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration.

*Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).

    The condo was spacious, clean, and very functional. The condo’s beach access was even better! Considering it wasn’t prime time for vacationers, it still seemed as though the property is never going to experience an overcrowded beach due to its location, which makes this a prime spot. Only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the parking. The lot became full pretty quickly and we had to park across the busy highway in overflow parking, but other than that, it was a great place.

    We enjoyed our stay. Property was nice, area was very peaceful and relaxing. Beach access was very convenient with a wonderful beach. Communication was good. We enjoy making meals on our trips and were a bit disappointed with the quality of the kitchenware…very cheap. Additionally, we found many of the dishes not clean. We adapted but would like to see better.

    Property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Entry to property is a little confusing as the email with the entrance code has a block for touchless access but I was informed that the touchless only works for long term guests. That’s confusing. The sofa is a little low . We were ok with it but I could see how more elderly or physically weaker people might have a problem getting off the sofa.We loved the balcony but had smokers nearby so it made the balcony unusable at times.

    Great experience on Perdido Key. The boatyard and bay setup across the street with the ocean front condo makes for the perfect setup! The condo was fully remodeled, clean and would stay again!

    We were thrilled to see just how big the balcony is! That is where we spent most of our time. Both bedrooms & bathrooms were very spacious, & the large, open kitchen flowing into the dining & living area was just perfect. Especially loved the bar set up & a full cocktail utensil set provided. The decor is nice & light, very serene. The walk to the beach is one the shortest we’ve ever had staying anywhere! HUGE plus! My only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in one of the rooms.

    Nice condo, just as described. Beautiful view! Agree the couch is quite low and there were some kinks with the gate.
