Recently renovated with stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout, the unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two full-sized beds, a closet, and an attached bath with its own tub/shower combo. * Parking passes are valid for 7 days from date of check in for short term stays, and 30 days for monthly. Any additional lengths of stay require additional guest registration.

*Please note: If bringing watercraft and/or trailer (when applicable), additional fees and documentation will be required and requested. Must be completed 2 weeks prior to arrival. If you are arriving in less than two weeks, you are not eligible to bring a boat and/or trailer (when applicable).
