Stayed Mar 3, 2023We had to change plans last minute as Big Bear was still not open. The pricing of this place was incredible considering the quality of the house, amenities (very well stocked in regards to non-food related items), routine/regular plowing (multiple times a day including the walkway that led to the front door). My whole family loved it and we will certainly be looking to rent this again in the future, maybe even next month.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023We‘ve stayed in MANY Mammoth condos over 30+ years. This one was by far the most accommodating. Clean,exceptionally equipped, fantastic location and fit our family (ages 3-70!) perfectly. Check is was a breeze, plenty of parking and the kids were in the spa every night. Oh! And new countertops and appliances! We’ll be back!

Stayed Dec 27, 2021Perfect for two families. Kids age range 5 - 7 & loved it. Adult bedrooms spacious enough for the resort, kitchen well equipped. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the location to the slopes IF THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE TOUGH, if weather is regular & not too cold for kids to wait for buses then you'll be fine.

Stayed Jul 23, 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations. Spacious, comfy beds! (Master bed squeaks) Functional kitchen, needs sauté pans. . No private outdoor seating but likely difficult for condo setting in Mammoth. Loved the pickle ball court.
