Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and one full bathroom. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove with remodeled rock hearth (wood provided), and access to storage with bench and coat hooks under thestairs. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.

The primary bedroom on the main floor features a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV. The loft upstairs includes a queen bed, one set of bunk beds, and a flat-screen Smart TV. A second full bathroom is also located in the loft.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the unit and beautiful views of Mammoth Mountain.

Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ area, and multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Laundry facilities are also available near the on-site office with QR code instructions on the machines. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues. Please note: no landline phone is available in this unit.
