Condominiums are located just off Old Mammoth Road at the corner of Sierra Nevada Road and Arrowhead Drive right in the heart of Mammoth Lakes. This spacious corner two bedrooms plus loft, two bath unit is located upstairs in this secluded woodsy complex. It is decorated in a mountain cabin style with wildlife accents, and has new carpet and flooring throughout. For your added pleasure, comfort and enhanced vacation experience the owners have just upgraded this unit with the Revillusion by Dimplex Electric Fireplace/Fireplace Heater Insert and replaced all windows and sliding glass door with double pane Milgard Tuscany V400 product. The living room, loft and both bedrooms each have a flat screen color high definition television sets with a combination DVD/VHS player. The living room has both a new 40 inch flat screen Smart HDTV and a new cassette/CD player with speakers and the loft has a cassette/CD player with speakers. Cable service is provided as well as all audio and visual equipment each has remote control units for your added convenience. The downstairs master bedroom is equipped with a 32 inch flat screen HDTV, the upstairs bedroom is equipped with a 27 inch flat screen HDTV and the loft bedroom has a new 40 inch flat screen Smart HDTV. The master bedroom, loft bedroom and upstairs bedroom are also each equipped with new standalone electric fireplace heaters. The fully equipped kitchen has both a new electric glass top range/oven and a new full-size microwave oven allowing for those home cooked meals. This corner unit is bright with lots of windows that look out into the trees and scenic surrounding mountains. The outside deck off the living room provides an excellent view of the lawn/open space area as well as a view of the complex water recreational area. There is a shuttle stop just a short walk from the project. The swimming pool, sauna and spa are directly across the parking lot from this unit. There is parking for two vehicles directly in front of this property, also for your convenience, this unit has a washer and dryer.     It was perfect for our family! Had everything we needed. Centrally located to all areas. Less than a 5 min drive to the grocery store and less than 10 min to the village. There is a shuttle stop very close by, but we just drive to the village and mtn. Instead. Took a good long while to warm up the house. But once it was warm it stayed warm. Our only two issues, we’re the water pressure in the showers, it would die out completely, and The key to the house was very hard to open the locked door.

    We had a great time and the house fit our needs and matched the listing. Close proximity to the shuttle, stores and restaurants was perfect for our days on the mountain.
