Unlike many other condo buildings in Orange Beach, Wind Drift is on a stretch of quite private beach. Neighboring a nature preserve, this beach will never be overcrowded, providing a safe and unspoiled beach for families and children. Wind Drift is a low density building with only seven floors, allowing elevators to travel fast and your wait time to be short. Our amenities include a large outdoor pool, pickleball, boat/jet ski parking, and a pier with boat/jet ski slips available to guestsat a small fee. The setting of this condo is perfect, located just across from Perdido Pass on Perdido Key and Ono Island Bridge. You will enjoy all the wide open space you can imagine. Enjoy boating and fishing on Ole River, with boating slips at your disposal. Championship golf courses, great deep sea fishing, and fabulous dining are just a few of the things that await you.

Our two bedroom/two bath, top floor, Gulf front condo is a perfect spot for your family vacation. This is an extra spacious, top floor unit is furnished with top of the line furniture and professionally decorated. Our larger than average private balcony is a great spot to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit sleeps six. This newly renovated condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous dining room, wet bar, and den. The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious. We have a comfortable dining table and eat-in-bar with comfortable stools. Our beautifully custom furnished bedrooms are spacious with inviting comfortable beds. We have a great King bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom. For your convenience, we also offer a pack-n-play, high chair, and booster seat. We provide TVs in all bedrooms and high speed Internet access so you can stay connected!!

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Guest Boat Registration:

Guest register with the Waves Association Management at least 7 days prior to their arrival.
There is a limited number of spots available for guests and same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Guests will need to provide a valid driver's license, valid boat registration, and proof of insurance along with the Guest Boat Parking Agreement and Liability Waiver.
When all documents are received, guests will be invoiced for payment, due immediately.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or Check ONLY
Boat Registration Fee - Boatyard/Docks:

Renters/Non-Owner Guests - $50/day*
Renters/Non-Owner Guests - $300/week*
Renters/Non-Owner Guests – Seasonal $300/month* (11/1 – 2/28)
*A fee of 3.85% will be added to the total for payments made by credit card.
Violation of the Boat Registration or Guest Registration Rules:

First Warning - $100 fine chargeable to the owner's account
Second Warning - $250 fine chargeable to the owner's account
Third Warning - $500 fine chargeable to the owner's account
PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE

    The views from the large 7th floor balcony are amazing! The condo is nicely updated and well decorated! We have stayed at this complex before but never this unit. We will definitely rebook. We love the location. The pool nor beach were overly crowded! Thanks for being such great hosts!

    There is construction going on at this condo. The restrooms next to the pool were unavailable for a few days due to construction. Only one elevator working so that's fun waiting to go up and down. If construction is not going on at this condo it's next door at Lei Lani all day long. The washer is off balance. We could not wash a load without the washer banging loudly and taking forever. The Keurig didn't work needed de-scaled and there are no pods there to clean it with. Shower curtain liner in main bedroom needs replaced as there is mold on it. I purposely stayed here to get away from the crowded beaches and noise...jackhammering next door all day long. I have email's asking if construction was going on during my stay and was told no......that was a lie. Would stay at Wind Drift again just not this condo.

    The condo was wonderful! We enjoyed everything! The only problem we had was there was only one elevator working and at least twice the one elevator was not working and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs. Management responded quickly.

    We enjoyed the condo, however the tvsdidn’t work (no power) we figured out the remotes but after 2 days they would not work. The Jack hammers and other construction noises was right in front of our door and windows. The Maytag washer wouldn’t wash a large load. We would stay again if maintenance is done.

    We had a great stay. The weather was great and so was the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only problem we had was limited parking due to construction at the condo next door. We love staying at the Wind Drift and hope to visit again.

    Postives: The location makes the beach less crowded than other spots in the area. Check-in was easy. Unit is updated well. Negatives: Furniture appears to be outdoor furniture which is typically done to ease cleaning and increase durability, however, it's very uncomfortable. No place to put up your feet in the unit or on the patio. Bed pillows were flat and hard and scarce. Extra pillows were worse and only had zip on covers.
