Stayed Apr 9, 2025Check in process was easy until you tried to get your room keys. Stay strong when it comes to the sales people trying to get you to sign up for the time share meeting. Other than that or stay was amazing. Our room was a bit warn and out dated but nice and clean. We checked in on a Wednesday and the place was a ghost town. By Friday night it was so packed. So much for people of all ages to do. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025This is my family's first trip to Williamsburg, and this rental was absolutely perfect for everything we needed. My kids were obsessed with the game room on site as well as the pool. There were tons of good restaurants nearby. Everything we need to do was within 15 minutes and that's hard to beat! The rental itself appeared to be brand new and in perfect condition. It had everything we needed for our stay and we will happily come back in the future.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We really enjoyed the property and time with family. The 3 bedroom lockout was perfect for 2 families. Next time, because of our age, I will make sure to get the bottom floor which I think would be more comfortable for my husband. All in all, everything was great and we will definitely stay again. Larry was a great host and was quick to answer any questions. All the amenities were great as well. It as nice to pay the daily fee for the amenities and not have to pay extra for the arcades. Thank you again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This was our third time staying at this Wyndham family resort, and we will definitely be back again! We had so much space with our 3 bedroom king suite. The rooms were all clean, and the amenities are amazing for families with kids of all ages. We visited Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, plus spent a day at Jamestown Beach.
