Perfect little condo close to everything

We loved the place it’s self. The unit was clean and just what we needed. Super close to the beach and the pool was perfect. However the hallway leading to the unit were a little moldy and smelt. There is no way to deadbolt the door, it automatically locked but I would’ve preferred a deadbolt.

The condo unit was on the third floor. My wife is disabled after multiple back surgeries and access was by stair only and the hallways are not air conditioned. The renter is not told of the 3rd floor location until after the condo was paid for in full and the location is provided by the host. Also, the TV setup was difficult to navigate with multiple remotes and the host was not able to provide information on how to fix the issue. The condo unit itself was very clean and the amenities were very good. However, the 3rd floor location without elevator should have been mentioned prior to reserving the unit.

The condo was perfect for our stay. Very clean and close to the beach. The king bed was heavenly. Great communication between the host and us. We will definitely stay here again.

We’ve actually stayed at this condo the last couple of years we’ve come down to Padre. Love the location and property. Nice condo, and the host is great. No issues checking in or out. We definitely plan on staying in this unit again next Summer.

Had a great stay. Very cute and close to everything. Bed and condo were very comfortable and owner was quick to reply to communication. Was really hot outside, but A/C worked great. Bonus having washer and dryer onsite. Would stay again.

I was visiting to attend a week long dog show. I and my dog stayed here. The place is quaint and cozy but missing in the description is the fact it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. I arrived around 9 pm and fount the place easily. But five trips up the stairs to load in half of my stuff for the week was tiring. The walk to the beach was as short but the sand burrs were really tough on my dog’s feet. In all a nice economical place to stay on Padre Island

This was a great place to stay! We all loved how close we were to the beach and our family we were visiting in Corpus Christi! The only negative for us was the stickers in the grass. The dogs kept getting them stuck in their paws. But everything was good! The pool, hot tub, and stocked pond was a great addition! We caught lots of fish and had a blast as a family!

For the price, the property was as expected. Great location on Island and you just can’t beat the price. Would stay here again.

Had a great birthday weekend. Location was perfect. 1 block from the beach so was a nice, short walk. Stairs were tiresome after going up and down so much but it was great exercise I suppose. Condo is cute. Everything you need, except a can opener. Lol. So if you bring canned goods, make sure to bring one of those. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the stay.

My family enjoyed our stay. We were right down the street from the beach and local gas/grocery and restaurants. The pool was a short walk to the condo. Mosquitos were savages. We locked ourselves out the first day, and Richard was quick to respond and very helpful to help and get us taken care of. He kept extras at the condo, like beach toys, boogie boards. We really enjoyed out stay and look forward to going again.

We had a great time. The location of this condo is great and not super crowded. Check in and communication with the host was easy and fast. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had a lot of items. My one recommendation would be that it needs a good deep clean. But this spot was perfect for myself, husband and 5 year old!

It was nice we were supposed to leave Monday, but had to leave Saturday because of the hurricane. We were very satisfied with the room and would stay there again

Everything was great at the condo, it came with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. Richard was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. Will be staying there again!

Richard was so easy to get ahold of and everything was exactly the way I expected it to be. Having lived in Corpus Christi and driven by these condos so many times it was wonderful to be back down on the island and this property was as wonderful as I expected it to be. It is the perfect location to go drive your car down on th beach and hang out on whitecap Beach all day long.

Was very organized. I liked having menus and sand toys for kids. It was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again in the near future.
