Great location

I sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. The beach-access location is amazing. Grassy green space of a park is right next to the unit, and then a short 3-minute walk to quiet Calabria beach. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is perfect. The updated kitchen was complete with condiments, and everything needed to be comfortable. Inside the unit is washer and dryer. A secluded pool and hot tub are right there on the property. Everything was clean and kept up beautifully. I highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this VRBO— it was a nice place that met all our needs. The location in San Clemente was exactly as described: a quiet, laid-back surfing town that made for a relaxing getaway. While the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the balcony was smaller than expected, these were only minor drawbacks and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

This is one of those properties where real life is better than the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay. Beach is very close. The pool was nice. Saw a coyote at the nature preserve from the balcony. Communication with the hosts was easy. It was quiet at night even with the windows open to San Clemente's perfect weather.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and spacious. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Access to the beach is a short walk and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels. We spent time at the pool which was quiet and clean. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

This property has an amazing view and is 2 minutes walk from the beach. The pictures are accurate and check in and out was easy. The parking garage was a great amenity for this area. Highly recommend!

First time in San Clemente and we loved it. Our place was perfect and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Scenery was awesome and the hummingbirds added that special touch. :) A very short but scenic walk to the beach and so much to enjoy if you love to run or long walks.

This condo is very clean and has a fantastic location to the beach and food stores and restaurants and getting on and off the freeway easily. The condo comes with so many extras from beach items for the walking distance to the beach to games and extra kitchen items and washer and dryer. We loved the location and view. The pool and hot tub on the property are very nice. The parking is underground and provide 2 spaces. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms work for adults and family, with a full tub in one bathroom and a nice size shower unit in the other bathroom. The kitchen has everything that is needed to make your stay nice. The furniture is also comfortable with a good size kitchen table. There is a little shared balcony that you can bring a chair or two to site around the table and a little BBQ that you can use. Our stay felt like a home that is just waiting for guest to enjoy:)

A comfortable and homey yet updated and very scenic home close to the beach!

It was a really nice place. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and we got to see some dolphins playing in the surf. It’s so nice to hear the seals barking and the waves crashing when you go to bed and wake up. PIt’s really a spacious but cozy place. If you aren’t used to beachside communities on the west coast, just be aware that you can hear, see and smell everything because everyone is so close. For us, being so close to the beach outweighs that completely. The owners were super communicative. We would definitely recommend this for a nice beachside getaway.
