    Great location to mountain with all the amenities (rentals, restaurants, etc.) you could need or want for a quick trip to Park City. Condo had all the necessities and loved the shower and tub in the bathroom. The complex also has valet parking for free which is awesome!! Would 100% recommend and hope we get to come back next ski season.

    Everything was great with the property and the unit we stayed in. Only issue was long brown hair on the shower wall and in the tub. Other than that everything was good.

    Very nice accommodations - upgraded appliances, nice touches that included plenty of supplies so we did not have to immediately run out to the store. A great way to spend a week in Park City! Highly recommend the Westgate and this unit. Also - great location if you have ever stayed at the Westgate! Easy to find LOL

    Very clean and cozy with fireplace and furniture. Loved all amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for our family of 3. Especially loved steam shower and tub to soak after long day of skiing! My 10 year old loved arcade, indoor outdoor pool, ping pong and can see fireworks from front of westgate on sat night. Loved Starbucks in lobby! Easy walk to skiing at back of hotel and ski delivery service to the gondola was mermazing! Only additions....We could have used a sponge to wash dishes. Also the pull-out couches need a thicker foam mattress, you can feel the springs. The Westgate needed to enforce mask-wearing better on the property 50% did not adhere in hallways and boot locker rooom.

    While this property was an okay stay it could have been much better. We have stayed at the WestGate multiple times before but this is the first time we have stayed with them in a privately owned unit. I would recommend staying in one that is managed directly with WestGate just for the small conveniences. For example, we typically request a later check out upon arrival. Nothing huge but maybe able to stay until noon. Because this was a privately owned unit we tried to contact the management company through email but never got a response. I didn’t try calling them because it wasn’t that big of a deal, however it was the small details. Another things that could have moved the stay from just an okay/good rating to excellent would be the cleanliness of the unit. I found several hairs in the bathroom sink along with other “materials”. We even found feminine hygiene wrappers from a prior guest left behind the bathroom garbage can when we emptied it at the end of our stay (a requirement of the owners that we didn’t have to do when we stayed with a WestGate managed unit). There were also dirt/spill marks on the kitchen floor. The entire place could use a really deep cleaning. The toilet seat needs repairs and is broken (I can provide pictures if needed). There was even a sign posted in the bathroom on how to flush the toilet because it clogs frequently. The bathroom lacked a fan which it could have used with it having a steam shower installed in it. In the kitchen there was coffee available for the guests to use but it was stored in a jar with no seals and who knows how many guests could have used it. The kitchen utensils seemed dingy and there was several drawers that had food crumbs and other debris left in it. The fridge could also use a good cleaning as the bottom of the fridge and freezer had food crumbs and even chewing gum sticks stuck to the bottom. As I mentioned above the entire place could use some freshening up. It is just worn and really showing it’s use. Not terrible but definitely not the best stay when compared to our prior stays at the same resort.

    Amazing and spacious condo on the top floor. There's no balcony (which isn't a thing in the winter) - but tall ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable bed (+2 sleeper sofas in the living room) and a steam shower to shake off the chills. Would definitely stay there again!
