Stayed Jul 13, 2024Property was clean, with adequate kitchen supplies. Plenty of kitchen seats, plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Gas grill (with extra propane tanks) is right outside of the patio. Very convenient. Washer and dryer in unit. Both bathrooms are on the first floor, so guests have to come downstairs during the night. Also, there is only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Nearest store is 15 - 20 minutes away, so it would have been nice to know we needed toilet paper before we needed toilet paper at 8pm on a Sunday night. Other than the toilet paper issue, everything else was.great

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Family vacation, 6 adults, 3 children ranging from 2-5. Plenty of room. Nice & quite location. Very clean. Ron & Iris were very easy to communicate with. Everything we needed was there. Would definately consider stayinh here again.

Stayed May 10, 2024This is our second stay at this condo. Owners go above & beyond with communications. Great place for a family stay. “THE JACK” clubhouse bar/restaurant was a plus offering for us as well! Highly recommend for a stay.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023The townhouse is close enough to the rock climbing area in Rumney (~25 min) and lots of great hikes. Having access to a big hot tub after a long day was also great. The only small issue we ran into was not having enough toilet paper, there was only one extra roll for a 10-person townhouse.
