Stayed May 27, 2025We all had a wonderful stay. The only problem was there was no cable or streaming services only free channels. So I could not watch the NBA playoffs

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We were happy with the location and beach access. The kids lived in the indoor pool. We are accustomed to usual beach accommodations and we pretty happy with the condo. We tend to be the oddity because we prepare and eat almost all of out meals in the condo, so we are kind of picky about the kitchen amenities for a 9-day stay. The biggest surprise was the lack of a food pantry, but we had options for the necessary supplies. Beds were very comfortable and we almost lived on the balcony, which accommodated the friends and family staying in other condos.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Great location and great views of beach. Pool was very nice as well. Had 10 people and fit pretty comfortably. Communication and check in process very good. Only issues we had that could be easy fixes for owner to make it better were beds are older and not very comfortable, and furniture in living area is older as well. Ceiling fans are cheap and shake like they are going to come down. Maintenance crew also came in right during middle of our stay and sprayed stuff on ceiling, think that could be done between groups checking in and out.

Stayed May 27, 2024A great getaway in all aspects. We found that the condo met our family's needs exceeding expectations. Access to the pool and beach was excellent The view from our balcony was super. A truly 5-star place.

Stayed May 16, 2024We needed parking for three vehicles and only got two parking permits. The second pass cost extra. Had to pay parking for third vehicle further away. This was for a three bedroom condo. Security was strict on smoking and vaping. No one in our group smokes but some vape. It was not allowed inside or on outside balconies. Security shined flashlights across balconies at night checking. There were also cameras pointed up toward balconies. While smoking/vaping was frowned upon, open containers and guests wearing thong suits in the hallways and elevators without coverups was allowed. Young men were being very loud and climbing around on the top of the pool pergola . It was supposed to be a family friendly place, but with double standards. The balcony doors did not slide well at all. Had maintenance come in and fix broken door handle when it broke because the door was so hard to slide. They did repair that quickly. The chairs and couch are dingy and need cleaning. The master shower has a bench seat which makes it a very crowded space to shower in for a big and tall man. Mirrored walls make the condo appear larger than it actually is.

Stayed May 1, 2024Overall, it was a good trip. The beds were comfortable. It was reasonably clean. The furniture is worn and needs to be updated. However, the balcony and outdoor furniture were comfortable and made all the other things okay. We will stay again.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024This was our sixth time to Orange Beach. Love the beach and every time the condo's have been excellent. The area eateries are the best. Will be back next year.
