Very family friendly atmosphere which we love. Great location in proximity to shopping and eating out. Very easy access to pool and beach. The porch is the best thing about this rental. It’s very relaxing. The den would not sit my family of 6 so we couldn’t really relax and watch a movie.Laundry sliding door needs to be fixed and the oven. The board that displays temperature is not working.Also, almost every where I have ever stayed in 20 plus years at OB allows you to check in early if they are done cleaning. You can’t forget that with this place. It actually scares me to death that I was at the wrong place. We had unloaded everything and were waiting at 3:45 for our check in at 4 and the door would not unlock until probably 4:10.

We've stayed in a lot of condos at the e beach in the past and this has by far been the best location. One flight of stairs down to the pool and beach (able to avoid the elevator all week) and in a great location close to all of the needed stores around. The back porch was our family's favorite feature of the condo! The furniture is comfortable and the view is even better! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen upgrade la are nice! The ice machine is a nice touch and came in handy! I will say, we flew across the country to spend the week so we weren't able to pack all the beach things it would definitely be nice to have some chairs, crab nets, maybe even a small cooler available for people like us. We left our chairs behind, hopefully people can use them in the future! The living room furniture could definitely be updated and maybe providing a few games etc would be a nice touch as well. Overall a great condo! We had a great week!!

This was a perfect little get away for our family. We had beautiful weather during off season. The area is very nice. The condo was clean, walk out to the beach, with a nice outdoor pool. We loved the location. 10/10 recommend!!

I've never been to a condo with a better balcony. It felt more like a huge wrap around porch.

Our family of six (all adults) stayed six nights in this condo. I picked this one over others for a couple of reasons: easy to run up and down one flight of stairs rather than wait for an elevator, and the spectacular wrap around deck with actual, comfortable furniture. It was perfect. We lounged for hours on the big shaded deck and enjoyed the views as we peeped through the palm trees. It was plenty spacious for us, and we especially enjoyed the BIG dining table when we got ready to share a meal or play games. The kitchen had everything we needed for the limited cook prep we did. Everything was sparkling clean and great condition (with the exception of a little bit of missing paint on the back of the master bath door). The only nuisance is that if you're in one of the secondary bedrooms you'll hear the banging of the gate where people access the pool/beach area. The outdoor pool was great...one of our all time favorites. And you're just steps from the squeaky white sand. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk straight across the street to Dollar General and a couple of beach stores if you need to grab something and don't want to drive. Very convenient! We loved it and would 100% recommend that you book it!

Beautiful view. Overall nice condo but needed a few things fixed. Faucet in master bath comes off. Water damage on wall beside shower. Outside doors hard to open. Security lock on main door broken off. Great appliances, stocked well. Loved the ice maker.

Beds were all comfortable. 2nd story was perfect to be able to walk down one flight and get to the beach. Quiet unit. Couldn’t hear my neighbors. Kitchen had everything I needed. Hot water in 2nd hall bath was not the greatest but it was good in the master shower

Absolutely loved this condo!! Perfect for our family and one of the cleanest I've ever occupied. Ease of check in/check out was wonderful. Indoor pool was a plus for us. Very roomy and any problems were addressed immediately. I fully recommend this condo

Great time with family.

Excellent condo located in Orange Beach, AL. This beach town is my family's favorite place for a beach vacation each year. We have stayed in several different condos over the years. This one was perfect. The condo is exactly as pictured, and we had everything we needed. The porch/balcony is the best we have had, including some of the more high end complexes. The beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. Definitely would rent this condo again.
