Property was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are very nice. Master bath had radiant flooring - which was very nice in the morning. Kitchen was a little small for our group of 6, but adequate. Location was a little removed from the village so be prepared to get some steps in if you want to spend much time in the Village. Overall a very nice property with gated parking which was a nice plus.
This was a great experience. The unit was everything and more than we expected. Could not have had a better experience
Everything was great. Thanks
We had a great weekend at snowshoe whistle punk 32. Nice accommodations for our family with grown children. We we recommend this property snd would visit again.
We had a great time staying at this house. It was exactly as advertised. We had a 13mo baby with us that made the wall heaters a little less than desirable, but the unit as a whole worked great for my extended family for the long weekend!
Our party consisted of two families. Layout is perfect for adults sleeping downstairs and the kids upstairs. Heat works great. Very cozy and warm. Heated tile bathroom was a great kicker. Kitchen loaded with appliances and a washer/drier which was key for skiers. Just a one minute walk to the slopes and lift. Very easy. Private parking was convenient as it gets and pizza joint is a 2 min walk. I recommend to anyone. Great stay.
The space is nice, and the location is good. Unfortunately, lots of things were either not working or in poor repair. The gas fireplace, TV and DVD player were not working at all. We called and emailed management, with no response. Several cabinet doors and pantry shelves are literally falling down. Needs some attention.
We were told to arrive at this property at 4:00 to assure COVID-19 cleanliness. After an 8 hour drive, we arrived to find that it had not been cleaned at all. After our 3rd call to the Casago property manager, she laughed and unapologetically told me that it a very busy check in day, and would get around to it as quick as they could. After an hour of standing around in the filth, a very nice cleaning lady came in wearing a mask only to be followed by four other people not wearing one to clean the condo. She told us she’d be done in 15 to 20 minutes, we replied that we hoped it would take longer than that, due to the condition. We returned an hour later to find the property was merely straightened up and wiped down. The toilets were not touched, still had “marks”in it and urine on the rim. The bathtub had hair and a grime all around the sides. The upstairs area was not vacuumed and the hallway walls were covered in dirt. We then proceeded to spend 2 hours with our sanitizing products to clean the entire condo, so that it could be safe for the 8 of us. (Pics available upon request) After snow skiing, we came to the condo to turn the fireplace on and take warm showers, neither of those things happened. Two people had warm showers, the rest had lukewarm at best. After two attempts by building maintenance to fix the fireplace, we were told it was out of gas “or something,” No one ever followed up with us and we never had fire. This truly is one of the primary amenities we always require when choosing a ski property. I reached out to Kip the owner, through VRBO and he nor anyone else ever replied....... The location is good, the beds, after sanitizing the covers, were comfortable, but calling it a true ski in/ski out is questionable. I’ve been a vrbo user for many years and this the first bad review I’ve ever written. That should speak volumes.
5 stars all around. Only caution would be the spiral staircase is difficult for anyone with mobility issues to access upstairs.
Great location. Short walk to everything. Thanks.
