Property was clean and well maintained. Location is very convenient for doing touristy stuff in Maui. It is almost central and relatively close to airport as well. It was easy to communicate with the property manager regarding any questions and they made sure that our stay was comfortable!!

Have nothing but great reviews of everything here. Would book again and again if it were just a shade cheaper. With the Canadian $ exchange it’s a little expensive , but worth it!

We loved our stay here, between listening to the waves, the awesome ac, the farmers market next door, and great pool we definitely plan to come again.

We enjoyed our stay. The sunset views were awesome! Watching the canoe club boats from our lanai was great fun. The condo was very nicely updated…having 2 bathrooms was a plus. It is located in a quiet area of Kihei, which made for a nice peaceful stay. It was a great starting point for long beach walks in the sand. The communication and customer service from the property management was top notch! We would be happy to stay here again!

My wife and I spent a week here in October. We had a fantastic time here and were surprised every day by the pleasant touches and design of this unit! First, the kitchen. We like to cook together and this is one of the best vacation rental kitchens we've ever used. Abundant with useful tools and thoughtful touches, you could easily cook for a family in here while enjoying the stellar ocean view. There were some minimal food staples but plan to supply your own ingredients. Second, the supplies. Plenty of beach towels, a foam cooler, good chairs and umbrella, even ice packs in the freezer. Laundry soap for the coin-op down the hall, plenty of pillow choices, it was stocked. (A bit short on extra TP though.) The location, central and quiet, was just right for us. 20 minutes to most things in central and south Maui so we had lots of options for where to go. And that view! We barely left the unit some days and felt like we had everything at our fingertips. The property managers were helpful and responsive, providing plenty of information and were good communicators on the phone. When we booked the unit it had 0 reviews and we felt like we were taking a chance, but it turned out better than we expected at nearly every turn. Would love to come back! YSK: The beach out front is quiet and great for long walks, ok for swimming/snorkeling/boogieboarding (can't beat the convenience though). It does get a bit windy in the afternoon/evening esp. on the north end. There is some decent snorkeling up by the Kihei Sands. The roosters across the street crow incessantly in the morning, bring earplugs. Some opportunities for improvement: The mattress is a bit saggy. When we called about it they brought a foam topper but it didn't end up helping. We slept ok regardless, but it stood out compared to how nice the rest of the unit was. There aren't many locations to hang wet things. We ended up draping our stuff over the chairs on the lanai. Some hooks would go a long way. The A/C seemed loud and had to run almost constantly. It kept the unit comfortable but at some noise cost. The wifi given in the welcome packet didn't work, but the one on the ISP-provided device in the condo was fine.
