★Bedroom★

★Parking★
Parking for up to 2 cars in the front of the complex, additional parking down below the condominium by the dock areas.

★Pool★
The Pools are seasonal and open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Occasionally, pools may be taken out of service for general maintenance we do not control this as it is maintained by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the pool will be available during you time of stay. Should maintenance occur, we can recommend other public pools that you might be able to use nearby.

★Grill★
A community grill is available for use and is located in the community pool area and is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Traveling with little ones or need extra fun gear For your convenience, air mattresses, kayaks, lily pad floats, high chairs, and travel cribs are available upon request! Please let us know at the time of booking so we can have everything ready for your stay!

Neighborhoods around the lake vary in character, but many offer picturesque views and access to water-related activities such as boating, fishing, and swimming. Additionally, Lake Ozark is known for its tourist attractions, including resorts, golf courses, and shopping centers.

House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Adherence to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am is requested to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the condo complex and to be good neighbors to our neighbors.
No Events or Loud Music: We prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests, no loud music after 10pm, no large events, parties or gatherings to be hosted at the property.
Guest Policy: Only guests included in your reservation at the time of booking are allowed on the property. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted at any time.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies or decks, in accordance with local ordinances.

Grill: No grilling is allowed on our condo balcony due to HOA rules and local regulations. A community grill is available for use and is located in the community pool area and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Upon Departure: Our dedicated cleaning staff will promptly prepare the home for our next guests. To avoid additional charges, we kindly request adherence to the designated checkout time of 10am. Late checkout fees may apply, unless otherwise arranged with your host in advance. Please do not ask for a late checkout during the months of May-September as we usually are booked solid and unable to accommodate such requests.

Age Requirement: Bookings from guests under 25 may be subject to approval or cancellation, as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests and our owner preferences. Upon booking you will be asked to verify your age by presenting and ID. Failure to be able to provide a valid ID that matches name of booking will result in reservation cancellation with no refunds.
Review Requirement: Bookings with insufficient reviews or ratings below 5 stars may be subject to review and further verification.
Feedback and Reviews: Guests who do not comply with house rules may forfeit the chance to leave a public review.


Long-Term Stays:
For reservations over 60 days, we offer a monthly cleaning service for $125 a month.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours` notice.

Pet Policy:
We do welcome pets on a case-by-case basis, following these guidelines:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-Pet owners are responsible for any excess cleaning fees or damages due to pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.

    Before we arrived the host contacted us stating that the unit above ours had a water leak and it was leaking into our unit. She assured us that someone was coming to look at it and fix it. We trusted that statement. So we get to our unit and go inside to find a trash can catching the drips. Took pictures and sent them to her asking if she had physically been in the unit as the ceiling looked to be about to cave in. She responded that she had been there. Reassured us that someone would be there by tomorrow to fix the issue. Knowing that this was not a small fix we asked to knock off a night since we were not comfortable just leaving our unit while someone fixed the problem. We were on vacation and this put us in a bind. She offered to comp the first night and refund the rest if we checked out the next day. So we scrambled to find another place to go and accepted her offer. This is where it went wrong. Checked out the next day and she told us to cancel the booking. Well on VRBO once you check in you can’t cancel the reservation. Only the host can. She said I had to call VRBO to cancel it. They claimed she had to. Back and forth and the reservation never was canceled. I repeatedly contacted her with not much success after this. Very hard to get ahold of. We felt like she was just conning us out of money. The last I heard from her was four days ago when she said she was checking on our cancellation. In the meantime I received an email from VRBO stating they were closing our claim

    We stayed here for our Spring break trip. It was peaceful and beautiful. We spent most of our time in the condo due to the heavy storms. It was plenty of space for kids to play in the down stairs living area while adults talked and hung out upstairs. I enjoyed every moment. My family made memories to last a life time. Whenever anything was wrong, I messaged the host and they got back to me immediately. I loved the communication. Will definitely be coming back

    There were 3 of us, and we each had a space to hang out and do our thing - definitely room for more than 3! Communication was great- and the place was clean and relaxing! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats in the morning. Would stay again!
