This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores just 1 mile East of Highway 59 you will find Whaler condominiums perfect for that family vacation. Enjoy your view from your large private balcony in this 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf view condo. Grill some shrimp at the grilling area on-site while the kids take a swim in the beach side outdoor pool or just soak up some sun on the large sundeck. Dont feel like grilling or eating out cook dinner in the condo in the fully stocked kitchen.

At night get some rest in the primary bedroom in the King bed or in either the Full or Twin bed located in the Guest Bedroom or watch TV in the living room. Whaler 2A will sleep 5. Want to stay longer Rent this unit monthly October to March 1. Call for pricing. There is a 2 car limit at the Whaler.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

    Nice little condo, good size for a family of 4 for a week. But needs some cleanup work and updates. Ceiling is dirty throughout with imperfections all over in the flooring, ceiling, and drywall. Doors shut weird. You can tell the craftsmanship of the work done to it was not that great. Couches are warn and kinda scratchy. Could use some newer / matching / better dish and cookware sets. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. The building itself also needs some patching, cleaning, and painting. The elevator broke multiple times. The buildings parking lot is as full of sand, and needs repainted. All these are minor though I guess, because I had everything I needed, I slept well, was comfy and overall my stay was nice, so I can’t complain too much.

    When we arrived we found sliding glass door lock was completely busted up, dirty sock behind curtain, sand on top of master bedroom bedspread & bathroom floor(by other bedroom) had hair & sand on it. And light bulb missing from ceiling fan in master bedroom as well as that room was hard to cool. I called & reported the broken lock & missing light bulb the day we checked in because we felt unsecure but no one ever called. Then Saturday my husband went back to the condo from being on the beach & the repairman was in there. Although, he was able to fix it & understood our reasons of concern, I really don't like a stranger in our place when we weren't there & that no one called to say someone was coming. I hate to complain but this is the first time we've stayed anywhere & had these issues. Our daughter & a friend came by on Sunday & both said we needed to report these issues & we should be given some type of compensation. Feel free to call me at the number on reservation. We would love to stay at this complex again but would want a different unit.

    Patio hasn’t been cleaned since it was built. Food on floor when checked in. Floors sticky. Should not rent out this property till it has been fixed. Also hair on bathroom floor when check in. Just disappointing and disgusting.

    When we checked in a chair at the table was completely broken, the front drawer of the dresser was broken off in the bedroom and laying in the floor, the dishwasher was not working at all and it was full of dirty dishes from the previous renter, the overall cleanliness of the condo was not good and the elevator had standing water in it the whole time and smelled terrible- I don't think it was cleaned at all the whole week we were there. This condo was just in overall poor repair. I have stayed at other condos in Gulf Shores that were comparable in price that were much cleaner and in a better state. The owner really needs to update this condo and make sure everything is fixed and in working order.

    Nice & clean condo! Good floorplan for small family- 2 bed rooms & 2 baths! Right on the beach! Nice pool & area! Great place for the price! Nice balcony with a view !!!

    For the nightly rate, I would expect a little more out of the condominium. The patio furniture was broken, the bathroom sinks were cracked, and the light bulbs did not work in the master bedroom. The cleanliness was below average. We called on the first day of check-in regarding the patio furniture, and the rental property replaced it two days later. The condo needs a major renovation. For the amount a renter is paying a night, I would expect a clean place with upgrades. This was not the case. I would not stay here in the future.
