Stayed Jun 7, 2024The toilet tissue holder in one of the bathrooms was broken. I’m certain that housekeeping must have seen this when cleaning the unit after the guest before us checked out. The bed linens and mattress were not top quality at all—worn and in need of replacing. Overall, the unit was okay-comfortable and conveniently located.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos location was excellent. Upon entering the condo we noticed that it is dated. It has a dehumidifier in the living room that we were not given instructions on. There is a fan mounted to the master bedroom air conditioner vent. The return air vent Grill was filthy. Overall our stay was great except for the condo needing updated and cleaned.

Communication between us and Gulf Shores Rentals was very seamless. Pick up of keys and packet was very easy, and took no time out of our travel. Our condo was very nice and well kept. Will for sure be renting from here again!

Stayed Aug 11, 2023The location was perfect, we were right on the beach and had a balcony if we wanted to sit out, the apartment was able to stay nice and cool if we wanted it to. The only problem we found was that it seemed as though the only thing they cleaned before we arrived was the bathroom. There was sand all over the hallway, in the living room, and one of our friends found an empty juice box in the bed.
