    Overall we had a great stay at this property. Good location, nice condo layout, great facilities. The one issue we had which is why i rated a 4 vs 5 was the check in process. We traveled from east coast arriving at 10pm and when we went to check in, the Westgate did not have a record of the stay even though Vrbo sent me a confirm. Westgate said the management company was at fault, I called the management company and they said it was Westgate s fault. Both Essentially calling each other liars. The problem was that without being notified the unit was not clean from the last stay. Westgate did right and sent emergency cleaning staff to address it, but it took over 2 hours to sort out and we got into the unit after midnight having traveled all day. The management company representative came across inexperienced and did not have much to offer, keeping me on hold for 30 minutes when she offered to send me evidence that she sent an email to Westgate and in the end the email looked more like her management company dropped the ball. She was not a good communicator and at times made rude statements to me while I was calm and just asking for the email she offered. She also said she would have her supervisor contact me the next day to sort things out and they never did. Westgate at least did their best to help. I do not fault the owner of the unit but would recommend they discuss this with the management company. Aside from this, the unit is great and the facilities are great
