Stayed Aug 7, 2025We enjoyed the condo and there were enough items in the kitchen, toiletries, and towels and things. The windows did not open in the bedrooms, specifically the queen room and the two twin room. Also need some maintenance on sinks and some of the door knob handles are threatening to come off. We rent a lot of condos in various areas. And suggest you work on some more maintenance items. More couch pillows and a new smaller couch, also the deck with the hole on the bottom is a hazard and should be fixed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had to change travel weeks due to a conflict and 24b was the available unit for an earlier week in the season. After staying at Sunvail for many years in many condos, this was a relatively outdated unit. The furniture was worn out, chipping paint/peeling wallpaper, chipping countertops, corroded rusty bathroom sinks with rust streaks down the sink, old appliances some that barely work (e.g. dishwasher never took the soap and had to rewash everything). Don’t turn the water on fully for showers or you’ll be out of hot water in 10 minutes (we experienced that as a family of 4). There was a strong musty smell upon entry and proved to saturate our clothes to the extent that I re-washed everything upon unpacking at home. It served its purpose, but we will not be retuning to this unit. Most Sunvail units are beautiful and updated so we will make sure to plan better in the future.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023Property is very dated and in need of attention. Hot water was lacking and inconsistent. Furniture is worn out. Master shower door wouldn’t stay on track. Loud noise through the night due to the highway. Positive, condo was roomy with a well equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost.

Stayed Feb 2, 2023The location was great and owners were flexible with early check in which was wonderful. The interior of the unit could use some updating and the front door lock was finicky when trying to lock from the outside. Overall a great stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed in several Sun Vail condominiums, and love the location. Unit B24 is in need of new bathroom sinks, the faucets in the shower were loose. The laminate counters are missing some edging and warped in the kitchen. The kitchen table doesn't have a finish on top that can be wiped clean. I hope the owners are planning to fix it up.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I loved the convenience of walking across the bridge into Vail Village. Beautiful view of the slopes and very close to everything. However, the kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal did not work upon check in. The dryer door had to be held shut with the ironing board in order for it to work and the vent hood was sorely lacking as the fire alarms were set off in the whole complex from cooking 2! Hamburger Patties on the stove. The owners have not kept everything in good working order yet 6 nights was over $8000. In my opinion, this is not a good value.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021Old property in need of major upgrade. Rusty bathroom bowls, enormous road noise from I70 measured at 76 dB average I.e. disturbing and 101 dB max i.e. dangerous, 45 steps from parking unusable for seniors (8,000 feet) and handicapped, poor kitchen equipment, tiles fell off wall in second bathroom, shower/bath controls in main bath need to be replaced, shower doors off track, unusable table and chairs on balcony (too narrow to use even without the oppressive road noise. Suggest to try inspecting your properties before listing. You obviously don’t. At $600 a day this is a bad deal. Please remove me from VRBO mailing list.
