Description

Makani Sands #104 is a one Bedroom right on the ground floor where you can walk right out to grass and beach. There is a lanai off the living room that opens the ocean side. The lanai has a table and chairs so you can sit outside and sip your morning coffee, or watch the sunset. The bedroom is on the mountain side with a king bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. There is a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The living room on the ocean sidehas a TV, DVD & CD player for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Come and stay in Makani Sands condo #104, your home away from home on Maui. We are located just north of Lahaina. Other amenities include a grilling station where you can barbecue your favorite meat or fresh island fish on our waterside gas grills. This comfortable unit has cozy carpet in the living room and bedroom areas. You are also located right next to the heated pool for an afternoon swim.
This unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The unit was nice and the proximity to the beach makes it even nicer. We enjoyed several beautiful sunsets while having dinner right on the lanai. The unit was well stocked and we had everything we needed right there. It was in a great location near restaurants, shopping, and a cute beach park. The only thing is we didn’t realize until we checked in is that there was no AC in the unit, which is ended up not being a huge deal because you get a nice breeze from the ocean as long as you leave the door and the windows in the bedroom open. Would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness, and daily maintenance (thanks Ricky) of the facility. Our unit was fully stocked, well furnished, and easy to enjoy. You can tell this is not the staff's first rodeo, as every question we had for referrals, and operations were promptly answered and excellent! This was a vacation where we could simply relax and enjoy! We will return due to the caring staff, location, and experience of staying here.

A wonderful location. Quiet ocean front lanai and a few steps to lawn chairs to enjoy the view. Also one of the best stocked condos in terms of beach chairs, towels a cooler and so on. We have been to Maui at least 25 times and have stayed at this resort a number of times. We think it is the best area of Maui to stay.
