Amazing view and overral our stay was very good. Had a few concerns but Patricia answered all of our questions incredibly quick! She was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again.

Great view, beautifully decorated and clean. This was our third year staying at the property, but first time in this unit. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our two families of four to share. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and laid out such that my sister in law and I could both cook together without stepping on each other. Rare for a condo.Sadly, the jellyfish were plentiful and everyone but my niece got stung several times. That is outside of the condo hosts control, of course. Despite the jellyfish we had a wonderful time.Beautiful place, responsive hosts, memories made. We would stay again!

The unit was awesome. The facility overall was impressive. The only issue was the elevator wait during certain times was a little lengthy. Would stay here again.

Loved the unit. Especially loved comfortable beds. Two queen beds in two rooms worked great for our family. Area convient to shopping and restaurant

Easy to deal with. As advertised

Everything was good except for the washer and dryer. They need to be replaced. The washing machine only does a half load and takes up to 2 hours a full load won’t spin out. Dryer takes 2 cycles to dry towels. When there is 9 you can’t keep up with shower towels and beach towels unless come back up to the room several times a day. Other laundry is out of the question! We have been coming to gulf shores over 35 years and this was the worse washer and dryer we’ve ever had in our condo.

Good:- Stunning Property- Lots of space, plenty of bathrooms, all necessary amenities- The views from the balcony were incredible- Comfortable beds, extra bedding, extra pillows- Hot tubs on 14th floor to watch sunset- Indoor hot tubs and pool on beach level- Outdoor pool and adult only pool- Onsite bar and small bites restaurant- Lazy river with slide was a hit!!Not so good: - Waking up at 5:30 a.m. to reserve front row spot on the beach.- Very specific beach map of where certain people can sit and what shade they can have. Tents and canopies in very back row. - Cleaning lady was still in the room almost 2 hours after our check in time, though she did say we could come in anyway.- 26th floor. We spent SO MUCH TIME waiting for elevators. On checkout day, we waited almost 45 minutes for an elevator because of having luggage with us.

We had a great experience overall! The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was absolutely stunning — we loved waking up to it every morning. The space was comfortable for our group of 12, and everything inside the condo was exactly as described, if not better.The only downside worth mentioning is the washer and dryer. With a group of our size, we packed light expecting to do laundry throughout the trip, but unfortunately, the washer didn’t clean well and the dryer took a very long time (if it dried at all). We’d recommend that the owner consider replacing them to better accommodate larger groups.As for the building facilities, we were pleasantly surprised. Some reviews mentioned long waits for the elevators, but in our experience, it wasn’t bad at all — even during peak times like 8–10am and 4–7pm, the most we ever waited was about five minutes.All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this condo — especially if the laundry setup gets an upgrade!

Overall, our stay was fantastic. I know how hard it can be to make sure there’s no sand left behind in a beach condo but the housekeeper deserves some credit because there was none! Plenty of towels and basic cleaning supplies. We enjoyed our time and the amenities. My only semi complaint is not relevant to the condo itself, but the inside pool was murky and had floaters everywhere. Wish they kept it a little cleaner. Outside pools were fantastic. Not peak busy season in mid April, so we didn’t run into any issues with crowds or the elevators. Fantastic place to stay and the host was extremely responsive when i had questions. Highly recommend.

The weather was not favorable. We enjoyed our stay in spite of the weather. There is many other places to see and other things to do in the area.

Overall great condo! Owners may want to check on cleaning staff. Many towels, hand towels, rags were stained with something black.

The condo is clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location - close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. We will be back.

Perfect condo with comfortable furniture and a large living room to watch football during the off-season. The pools were closed for renovation but the new full bar and huge grill area were great to hangout.

It was a beautiful condo in a great location. We had four ladies staying together and it was great to each have our own bathroom!

Loved the location. Our place was great . Nice size. Well equipped. The pool and beach were great. Will definitely stay there again. The elevators can be challenging when it was busy on the weekends but other than that it was all great.

The condo was great. We had plenty of room. Information needs updated regarding price of parking pass. They are now $60 each.

Wonderful stay might like an ice maker. Ran out Of ice. The elevators were the worst part of the whole stay. Too crowded and slow. Need more elevators.
