The Space:

Welcome to The Burch, your charmingand spacious West End retreat. This single-level condo is designed for comfort and style, featuring elegant interiors with soaring ceilings and an open layout that creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere. After a day exploring Nashville, unwind in the airy living area or gather in the expansive kitchen, complete with a stunning large island perfect for socializing.



The private covered patio offers a serene spot for your morning coffee. With high-speed internet access, you can easily handle productive workdays or stream your favorite shows in high definition. This home is thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, located within an elevator-serviced building.



Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: One King Bed and an en-suite Full Bathroom

-Security Deposit:

A refundable security deposit is required and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 28 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. This home is located on the first floor of a secured building. Each home has two private enclosed parking spots in the building's garage.



This home has a garage door remote for your convenience, which will be found in the kitchen upon your arrival.  There is a $100 fee for lost remotes and will be charged through your booking platform.



The Neighborhood:

Walk to all the shops and restaurants around Vanderbilt and Mid-town Nashville. The best spots in town for drinks, restaurants and everything locals love including BrickTop's, J. Alexanders, and Martin's BBQ. Enjoy a day at Centennial Park, home of the world's first exact replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece, built 1897 for the Centennial Exposition.



We are close to coffee, breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and bar spots, as well as local music venues, theaters, sports arenas and more. This truly is the perfect location!
