Stayed Jan 4, 2025Location was on point and place was as expected. The only thing I would say is the mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in by the head board. And if you stay more than a week provide more supplies and better cutting knives ;) Good thing I brought mine. Really depends on needs. But overall great little place;)

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Very clean, comfortable and good location right outside of downtown. Lyft rides were around $6 during the day and $10-$12 at night to get to and from downtown. The provided free parking was great!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024I am from Dallas and I'm not afraid of what you can normally expect in a big city. This place is in the hood. The property is not gated and there is no security on site, despite the sketchy location. Crackheads wandering around all night. Vehicles tearing down the street at all hours, right outside the bedroom window. So loud. We barely slept for a week. The front door is locked from the inside, no key, probably because of the neighborhood. No furniture on the patio (despite special instructions to 'cover the furniture'), no place to sit outside. The upstairs neighbors were so loud we thought someone was being beaten at 2 AM and called the cops. They never showed. Spoke with the property manager/owner the next day; they were very nice and apologetic, talked to the neighbors, and said to call again if there was more trouble. Same thing again at 2 AM. Called and was told there was nothing they could do. They told me to call the cops again. Very disappointing that they didn't even have a way to contact these people to tell them to keep it down. I've never written a bad review but this place is not where you want to stay on vacation.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The apartment was clean and tidy, check-in was easy, the kitchen was stocked with the basic things needed to make and enjoy a meal. The property seemed a little remote at first, but after staying a few days, it was actually very central. A half hour walk or 10 minute drive will take you to many of the popular spots around Nashville, making the apartment relatively central without the noise or crowds of being downtown.
