This fully furnished unit comes with fresh linens and a well-stocked kitchen items for your convenience.The living area features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with Roku. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV with Roku, while the guest room also offers a queen bed and a TV with Roku. For added convenience, there's a stacked washer and dryer in the unit.

Parking passes are handled on-site by the association, with charges applying.
Boats and/or boat trailers require a separate parking pass.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a starter set of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
Use the new “B” elevator on the west side or the new “C” elevator on the east side of the complex, depending on the location of your rented unit. Parking passes can still be purchased in the lobby of A building.
