Wendall Square Downtown Townhome: Views w/ Hot Tub

Very welcoming. Close to everything. Clean and cozy.

Unit was well appointed, and although it showed some wear, it was comfortable. The carpets and furniture is at the end of it’s useful lifespan.

Great location, within walking distance of everything on Main Street. Lots of restaurant options nearby.

We loved the location and layout of the unit - the living and dining space are large. However the sofas and mattresses are older and a bit uncomfortable. Replacing them would make the place ideal! We took advantage of the hot tub with the panoramic views of the mountain. Overall, a nice stay!

Just needs wine glasses and hot tub towels. Thank you for having humidifiers!

Stayed 5 nights with our adult children. Great location, weather was perfect with a white Christmas. Would highly recommend this place. Gave it a 4 star because Kitchen was limited with glassware, no pot holders or dish towels, only 2 kitchen hand towels, couch’s were very worn and dishwasher very dated. Hot tub and fire were great after Returning from a long day of skiing

This property was great! The location couldn’t have been better, a block from all the shops and restaurants! We walked everywhere! Also the unit itself has multiple balconies with a beautiful Mountain View! The private hot tub was another bonus, but it overlooked the street and mountains….absolutely stunning! Property management was great at communicating. Exceeded our expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location is incredible and really the biggest perk of all. The place is spacious with good accommodations, modern appliances and ample parking. However, it needs a facelift and some TLC. Though the house is very comfortable, there are some things worth noting. The living room furniture feels dull and dirty. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils, dishes and appliances you need, but many of the pots need to be replaced and unfortunately the dishwasher was covered in mold when we arrived. Thankfully the rental company took care of this and it was thoroughly cleaned during our stay. The carpet needs to be replaced, linens need updating... it just feels a bit outdated for the cost of the stay. While we love the location and the layout and space, we will likely look elsewhere for future stays.
