Well-Located Condo w/Partial Ocean Views, Private Balcony, Washer/Dryer, A/C

Great location. Short walk to beach.

The condo itself was in a great location and was very spacious. We did feel that it was a bit dirty and the furniture was outdated. Overall, a decent place if you’re looking for something fairly close to the inlet and the beach, although I do not believe we would stay again.

The location and condo itself was very nice

We checked in midweek. The place was not cleaned, sheets crumpled on the beds and couldn’t get ahold of Vacasa for hours. Forced to go to dinner because the cleaner finally showed up at 6:15 to clean and we couldn’t cook. We came home to find they installed new carpets in the place recently and left a box of carpet razor blades in the bedroom the toddler stayed in. There were no locks on the slider doors to the 4th floor balcony “but the doors look heavy so it’s not a problem”(Jeff, Vacasa). Couches were so disgusting I wouldn’t let my kids sit on them. Shower flooded into the kitchen. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. No mattress covers provided. Absolutely disgusting. I would save your money and not go through the hassle.

Price is very good. Location is nice with bay and ocean views. Comes with linens. The Bad-Beds are very uncomfortable. Cannot park a truck in designated spots garage clearance is maybe 6foot 4. Living room had no lights. Mold in master closet. Vacasa will not let you check in 30 minutes early. If you need a cheap place and drive a compact car this place could work for a weekend. We will not be back to this location unfortunately.

Great location close to the beach. The property was clean. The furniture and patio set should be replaced. Carpet was stained and parts were wet. Known broken window that I was not notified of and a TV fell off its stand. A few cosmetic fixes would greatly improve this property.

Very spacious and appreciated the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Master bathroom was very nice. Place really needs upgraded meaning furniture and carpet. Furniture was worn and stained as well as carpet. Carpet had a huge stains and wet marks that was starting to mold. Was surprised the patio furniture was three unmatched rusty chairs and a glass table. When your paying close to 5,000 for your family vacation you expect more.

Location was ideal however the place needs TLC!! Outlets didn’t work throughout, the patio furniture was rusty and broken. Indoor furniture was so dirty and worn out along with carpets, walls and doors. Luckily we weren’t inside much because we were there for the beach! Never found the outdoor shower as description says there is but we had a great week despite this!

Property was nice, very close to the beach and spacious. Could use a deep cleaning/dusting and bigger TV’s in 2 of the bed rooms.

Overall the property was great. Clean. Super convenient to where we needed to be (convention center). The unit was great for our needs (3 parents with 3 kids attending a cheer competition). Only issue ** we checked in late and it was a headache. The email made it appear like the process would be seemless but it was not. We had to wait an hour and a half (after a 7 hour car ride) to get someone to come with a code. This needs to be corrected. If we thought this would be an issue we would have been more verbal about the time we would arrive but the email stated it was all there at the pick up (not true!). However, the unit is great! Clean and convenient. The management needs some improvement.
