    TV HDMI inputs are worn. Causes them to be ghosted as an input selection. Carpet has a few large stains. Overhead fan in bedroom and switch not working.

    It was much nicer than I expected and the location within the complex was perfect. Very easy in and out. The unit is a little dated, but not a big deal. I would definitely rent this unit again. We kept the door open in the bedroom and were plenty cool during the night.

    It’s a very comfortable and centrally located condo with great amenities in the complex. The carpet is clean and bathroom tiles do not have mold so it has been updated.

    I really like the location is next to the beach, nice pool, everything was great just wen we arrive the place smells old and the carpet look dirty.

    The Kamaole Sands property/location/amenities are spectacular, the condo however, is as the title says. This unit is in its original condition and is in desperate need of a complete redo. If that is not possible, then at the very least it needs painting throughout, and the stained original carpets replaced with flooring. There are no useable beach chairs or umbrella either. This condo does have a wonderful view of the property and ocean though.

    Well The condo needs updating the bathroom are old and needs updating there was renovation next door and I think up stairs the whole time the location was great and the ground looked great I would stay again
