Well Appointed Oasis in the Sun! ☀️⚓️ Pool, Beach, Boat Launch, Gorge, Wineries

Great condo unit! Capitalized on the space and was comfortable and great AC! The pool is great and we spent time at the river! The host provided wonderful communication! The only small issue- there are a lot of rules / steps to follow; although this is why this complex stays so clean and well-maintained!

Diana communicates usually within a few hours and the checkin process was easy. Place was nice. My only negative and it’s not the specific place but the whole complex. It’s a “Owner vs Renter” dynamic that does take away a little bit from the stay. The Owners want everything and lose their minds if you use something that they think is theirs. This trip it was the owner of condo 1. losing their mind over boat parking with a member of our group who was an owner. Diana does explain who you need to contact and we did jump through all the said hoops we stil were unable to secure a spot till we watched the facilities manager giving out warning slips. If your here to play at the beach or swim at the pool it’s great if your here to boat if find other accommodations as the condo board can’t figure out how to handle boats mid week while it’s slow.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo and the grounds were perfect.

Spent 5 nights in this condo with our family of 5. It was cute, cozy and clean and the hosts had it stocked with everything you could need. All beds were very comfortable and our kids didn’t want to come home. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

Right by the pool, has everything you need and comfortable!

Very clean, updated and comfortable condo, complete with complimentary snacks and delicious coffee from the host. The perfect getaway for a group of friends who don’t mind recreating a slumber-party type sleeping atmosphere. The separation of the shower and toilet from the vanity sink area worked well for us, as well as the floor to ceiling wall length mirrors in the one bedroom- for us all to get ready. Directions were clear and concise for the stay and Diana made herself very available should any questions come up. The location was just a short amble from a great scenic walking path along the river and to stores. The pool was busy but a great atmosphere for a fun day before the concert, with the condo having all the floaties and fun items available to borrow. We searched for a place that was nice and comfortable for our “getting too old for just crashing at the first place we find” but still wanted the outdoor amenities, and the ability to cook our own healthy meals and this place really exceeded our expectations! We would come back in a heartbeat.
