Welcoming Sarasota Vacation Rental w/ Pool!

The condo was nice, however the master bed has problems and was very noisy whenever anyone moved. So it was a little difficult to sleep. We made an attempt to contact the host but was directed to Evolve and did not receive a quick response when we were there only after we checked out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Lagoon condo. Email from host with check- in info made arrival and move in stress free. The condo was clean and welcoming, with homey furnishings and decor, plus kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all we needed, including plenty of fluffy bath and beach towels! The shared pool was sparkling clean and nicely heated as well. We did not go to the laundry room in the complex but appreciated that it was nearby if needed.We especially appreciated the book that had info on the condo as well as info on local attractions.

The information getting there was poor, coffee maker stopped working and the owner couldn’t bring it until later so I told her I’d pick one up and she could pay me, although she would make a trip to bring it later she wouldn’t make it to repay me, cockroaches in the kitchen upset her, but they did come spray, although she denied, without our knowledge! We found roughly 10-12 in the kitchen.

The experience at this location was fine. We were a bit disappointed that the sink in one of the bathrooms was broken, which made it inconvienent. The book said there were items left for us (dishsoap, dishwasher pods, bottled water) - there was no bottled water and we were sure there was not going to be enough dishsoap and pods, but turned out fine. Had an issue with the master bathroom sink, but Sherry was right on that one getting it fixed! I would say overall we liked the place. Nice pool (pool chairs were broken). The location for crossing that busy street was awful, but we made it through 4 days without injury. :) It was pretty noisy with that heavily travelled road - probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone. Sherry was good at responding to our questions and concerns. Place was clean.

Close to everything and comfortable

We wete visiting relatives in Sarasota. The location was great. The condo was clean, maybe a little outdated. It looks like there may have been damage to huuricane.

The condo was great and served it's purpose even though we didn't spend a lot of time in it. I wish they had given better directions to the unit as we had a hard time finding it as the entrance to the complex had no access to our unit. We had to go down the street and hunt a bit for it. There were just a couple of small issues I had as the description stated that there were beach towels at the condo and they only had two. Good thing there was only two of us. Also, they were supposed to leave 4 bottles of water, which they did not and furniture is a bit dated. Other than these small issues, it was a great condo in a great location.

Easy check in process and unit has newer kitchen appliances.
