Welcoming Condo with Lagoon Views, Deck, Shared Pool & Nearby Beach Access

Great value! The area is beautiful and the property to spacious and clean. However, the property needs a little update as the bannister was rotten and broke on the way in. Also, if you rent this property, bring soap.

Interior and location are great. Exterior of unit is in need of general maintenance. Doors squeak, broken hanrails on stairs

A nice property located at the rear of the Shipyard area. The buildings were nestled beneath palm trees and vegetation which gave the feeling of a “jungle”. Wildlife was present, birds, alligators, turtles and I saw a deer wandering about early one morning. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes, but it was level and easy access to the shore. The condo was large and well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The view from the deck overlooked a lagoon and part of a golf course.

Check in was seamless and the stay was superb. Conviently located to beach and beautiful golf course…be alert for alligators though

Beautiful 1 Bedroom home. Our two golden retrievers were with us and had a great time as well; lots of walks on the beach and on the grounds Three blocks from the beautiful beaches. We will want to come again.

This home has been remodeled nicely, it really was a perfect stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, just a short drive to shopping, and quiet peaceful nights.

We came for a conference & stayed for a little vacation. The location was stunning, hands down one of the best places I’ve visited. The rental was quiet & relaxing.

We found our rental to be very clean and tidy. We had what we needed to make our meals. only thing I would is an icemaker. other than that we would defiantly stay again

This 1 bedroom is very quaint and it had all the essentials for a beautiful stay. The deck needs some attending to as a few strips of boards were up. A nice view to the golf course was a plus and the kitchen had everything we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. The sofa was not comfortable to relax but that is true of most sofas with beds in them. The layout between dining and living room could have been better, since the couch is the dividing line but other than that it’s cute and cozy. The pool is about 100 steps away and it was quiet at night! Nice jaunt to the beach on the walking trail, and as hot as it was you definitely could break a sweat.

Couldn’t love this little hidden gem more if we wanted too. For starters, it’s in the best location. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the pool. Literally everything was so close! It was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the green. I loved how quiet it was relaxing on the porch and overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back! (They also had the BEST showers-completely renovated!) 10/10!
