**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: There is intermittent construction within all three buildings of Mountain Green Resort due to ongoing upgrades. Please expect some construction upon arrival. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). Theremay also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

Perfect for a small family ski-cation, this ground-floor condo is located in the main building of the Mountain Green Resort. The resort offers a fitness center, an indoor racquetball court, and more. Amenities inside the rental include a well-equipped, full kitchen, and your own private yard right off the patio.

East Mountain Road is lined with restaurants for just about any taste. Less than a mile down the road is the Killington Adventure Center where you will find zip-lines, a mountain coaster, a jump tower, and much more. If you are looking for some unstructured outdoor fun, there is Gifford Woods State Park and Leffert's Pond among a few locations to enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. In the colder months, there is skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing at the Killington Ski Area, less than a mile from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
