The Space:

This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. When you’re not enjoying your spacious private balcony for your morning coffee, venture down to the shared amenities for additional fun - the pool and hot tubs are perfect for a dip or two. Should you want to explore, head to the beach and enjoy the sparkling Gulf waters. You’ll be near plentyof eateries and attractions for the whole family.



This vibrant condo comes freshly painted and provides the ultimate space for relaxation and comfort. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a TV in the living area, perfect for movie nights. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, the condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cookware - perfect for entertaining and whipping up delicious dishes. Enjoy these meals and conversation at the adjacent, breakfast nook. Should you need to refresh during your stay, a private washer/dryer is off the kitchen. The bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
