Stayed Dec 31, 1969WOW. There are not enough words to explain this wonderful condo. The spectacular view alone is well worth the stay. The condo is exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The owners, Dave and Cindy, bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best vacations that I have taken at Siesta Key. Close to the downtown area with many restaurants to pick from. I am definitely going back and staying here!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The new owners of this unit have done a wonderful job renovating it. They were at the unit when we arrived to greet us and show us the changes they had made, since we were there for a month the year previous. It is very tastefully done, and has the most wonderful view (and sunset!) from the lanai, living room, and both bedrooms. We enjoyed every minute of our 4+ week stay, and plan to return again next year. The location of the property is very centrally located on Siesta Key.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This condo has it all! Gazing from the lanai across the beachfront pool to the white sandy beach, which feels like baby powder between your toes, is a view not to be forgotten! Remember to look for the dolphins playing in the crystal green waters! We spotted several almost every day! Siesta Key's sunsets are beyond spectacular, and can be enjoyed from the lanai or the beach. Dave and Cindy are to be commended for the renovation of this entire unit which is beautifully appointed. They thought of everything necessary for a fabulous beach vacation. Since they personally care for the unit, it was in pristine condition, not to mention the warm welcome we received when we arrived. We also are grateful for the way they came to our assistance the last day of our stay (wink, wink) and for the friendship we now share. If you're searching for a fabulous condo on the #1 beach with incredible restaurants nearby, you will find everything you're looking for right here! After enjoying two weeks in this piece of paradise, we look forward to a return visit!
