The property was well maintained, secure and clean when we arrived. It was actually better than I expected which is rare. The party caring for the rental was very responsive and helpful as well, which is much appreciated. Would recommend this rental very much and will be my go to in coming trips to the area if available at my time of need. A rating

The oceanfront view was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were plentiful and the manager was very accessible and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful vacation! Very roomy and comfortable condo with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very well stocked. Not extremely crowded and very family friendly. Check in/out was very easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice, roomy condo. We had a wonderful time. This was our second stay at this condo. The kitchen is very well equipped. The facility has two pools, a lazy river, and hot tub. The view of the beach is perfect.

Very pleased with the condo and the Mar Vista. The room was nice and had everything we needed. It was my husband and myself and our son and daughter and their spouses and our 9 month old grandson. The room was very spacious to accommodate us very well. We were on the 10th floor but never waited more than a minute on an elevator. I am extremely picky about where we stay and I would and hope to stay here again.

Some say cleanliness is next to Godliness and our stay at Mar Vista Grande was close to Heaven! The condo was clean and spacious with plenty of room for our 5 kids and grandson! The kitchen supplies were perfect for cooking all of our meals! The kids loved all the pool amenities, while the adults enjoyed an excellent and easy beach access not to mention the tiki bar for that afternoon delight. The balcony was roomy allowing for out door dinning! The condo location was close to restaurants, groceries, putt putt and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I can't imagine a nicer property in North Myrtle Beach than Mar Vista Grande. It has everything you could want in a resort, including multiple pools, fitness center and the beach right outside your door. The condo itself is beautiful and nicely furnished. It was nice to sit on the balcony at the end of a busy day and relax while looking out on the ocean. This is an excellent place to stay.

My husband and our 2 best friends spent 8 wonderful days at this beautiful condo. The space was perfect for us, kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted, indoor parking was a huge bonus. The view from the balcony was amazing, and having use of the beach chairs and umbrellas was great, as it was less we had to pack for our drive from Pittsburgh. Host was kind, and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again, and will also tell our family and friends about this place if they ever decide to visit N. Myrtle.

We have stayed here multiple times, always peaceful and relaxing get away. Everything you need at your fingertips. Mar Vista is our favorite place at the Beach to stay.

Perfect location close to everything we do. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The condo was nice and spacious and the resort amenities were excellent. The owner called to make sure we had everything needed and to see how things were going. We would definitely stay here again.

MarVista is a wonderful place to stay. I've been coming there for many years and it's my go-to location. This condo was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and comfortable furniture. The balcony is nice to sit and enjoy the ocean front view and relax. Check-in was a breeze as we had all the information upfront. No issues at all. My husband of 52 years! and I enjoyed it very much. Nice condo to consider if you plan to visit North Myrtle Beach!!

We enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach, but there are some things that can use attention at this condo. First the positives: the size is very nice and the fact that it has three bedrooms/bathrooms is great. Being on the 10th floor gave us an awesome view. The negatives: the shower curtain liners desperately needed to be changed. The owner left some tide pods and dishwasher pods which was nice but there was no dish detergent and only one trash bag for a whole week’s stay. The sliding door didn’t lock, which we really didn’t feel safe with a small child. Some of the furniture just looked dirty to the point we didn’t want to sit on it. It was in need of a deep clean (ie baseboards and floors under entertainment center and couches). While we did enjoy our time at the beach, we would not choose to come back to this unit.

Had a great trip! Have stayed in this condo before and still just as nice as before! Great North Myrtle location, very clean with plenty of room for family to spread out and have their own space!

The facility was wonderful. It had everything you could imagine to add to the fun. The condo was lovely. The rooms were large. It was just a great stay all around. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. Our family had such fun.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights in july. We enjoyed the location ,the view of the ocean was perfect . The condo was very clean and beautiful. The pool was perfect for our entire family . We hope to stay at mar vista again next year .

My family and I just stayed for a week (july2024). It was all beautiful and perfect location. The main thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness. There were potatoe chips in the floor spilt, crumbs in kitchen floor. Bed quilts/comforters needed a cleaning. Luckily there was a sweeper and stuff there that I could clean with that. Other than that, it was all great. I would stay again I would ask that the cleaning before we checked in to be better .

We stayed here again this year. It’s a clean and comfortable unit with a great view at THE best condo building in the area. We will book again next year!

Beautiful condo - amazing swimming pools - great location!

The place was nice, although it could use some updated furnishings. It was the next day before we figured out how to get the TV and entered it to work. It was all due to the previous guest, who had unplugged everything of the back of the TV.

Our stay was absolutely the best! Beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was magnificent!! The area was peaceful with attractions near and just a little drive away. Anything you can imagine to eat. We are beyond pleased and will return. A+ vacation.
