Amenities were improved from the listing photos, which was a welcomed surprise. New sofa sleeper plus a daybed with trundle. Easy access and timely response to facility inquiries.

2nd time staying at this condo and I have had no bad experiences. Property is clean, quiet, and communication with the property manager is quick and painless. We will definitely be back to stay again.

I loved the room, the only thing negative was the floor had not been mopped because our feet turned black walking on it but there was a swiffer in the closet and we used it. Everything else was great and would go back again.

This place was amazing! The perfect location close enough to town if you need any supplies. Oh yea plus the fishing pier is only 65 yards away from your back door that was a great bonus. I'm SO LOOKING FORWARD TO VISITING AGAIN SOON

This place is perfect for a couple get away with the sunset framed from the patio and the perfect view of the sound.

Freshly painted nicely decorated exactly where we wanted to be. Comfy beds well equipped kitchen.

Our 3rd trip to Navarre Beach, second time staying at this property. We love it. Amazing sunsets and fishing with close walk to the beach. Can’t wait to visit again.

Aaron is a great host, the property is genuinely beautiful inside and out. I came alone for a little work break and had time to relax and film and edit; when I tell you the interior made it super easy to do so I mean it. Right outside is the beach, with a pier for fishing and super friendly folks all around. Wasn’t my first time booking Here and won’t be my last. Aaron is the man

The location and this property are amazing!! It was just as described! The private beach, sitting area, pier and gazebo were all exactly what we wanted! The property owner was also very easy to get in touch with! Definitely a little piece of paradise…can’t wait to go back!!

First time in 35 years it was just me and my wife! We had an awesome time and the accommodations were exactly in line with the VRBO description! We love the location and how close it is to the National Seashore and the ability to fish from the condo pier!

Sunset Harbor has such a beautiful setting, right on the beach, a gazebo so friends and family can cook and eat together. Our group has been coming here for years and we’ll be there again next year!

This was in the perfect location right on the bay. The Patio area is only feet away from sand and water.

My daughter and I stayed for a few days during the Fourth of July. The private pier was perfect to watch fireworks. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach by phone. The condo was super clean and looked just like the pictures described. The sound is only steps away from the patio and the sunsets were spectacular! If you're on a budget, go to Publix, pick out your favorite seafood and have them steam it, take it back to the condo and eat it on the patio while watching the beautiful sunset! This is one of the best rentals we've ever used!

Would have been a perfect trip if it wasn't for TD Alberto.

My husband and I booked this property due to the great proximity to the bay( which it’s right on) and the short walk or drive to the beach. The condo was clean for the most part- my husbands white socks did turn brown after the first day, but I can imagine the sand that gets trapped in the floor. We also ran out of toilet paper our last day. And no fault at all to the owners but the guests staying in the condo above stomped around our whole stay- I would caution light sleepers on the thin walls/ ceiling. Other than those annoyances- we had a great stay, the back deck is wonderful to sip morning coffee or even better for watching the sunset. We fished a few times off the dock which was a blast. The pool was refreshing and we loved that it was private use from the condos next door.

Liked the view of the sound and sunsets. Condo was good, but some areas show wear and tear. Bathroom mats and bed linens need to be replaced. Rust stains on bathroom floor. Kitchen was adequate but could be better stocked. Chairs in deck box were rusted and unusable. Back door deadbolt didn’t work. No major issues but a little TLC would make a good condo, a great condo.
