Stayed Jun 4, 2024The property is definitely dated but is very clean and it looked like minor renovations to the lobby and pool were going on during our stay. The check in process was a bit of a cluster as the Vrbo booking email states that I would receive touchless checking in codes and my parking pass (ended up being $55 for two nights that wasn’t included in the Vrbo price) would be in our unit. Check in time at 4:00 came and we were 15 minutes away and I still hadn’t received a code to check in and the Vrbo automated messenger gave me a number to call the phoenix desk to get instructions. They never answered the phone or returned my messages. The guard at the gate (most helpful person so far) gave us the rundown that we had to go to the front desk of a different building in the same complex to get our check in info. Aside from the check in the AC in the unit struggled to keep at 70 degrees at night. Overall, the beach was nice (pretty windy/rough) and the pool was great for our son.

Stayed Mar 21, 2021So you check in in different buildings and if you need anything staff doesnt know which building they are in and pretty much tells you good luck. Fitness centers are open in some buildings but closed in others due to covid ? The hot water in our room wasnt even enough for 1 person to take a shower let alone 4 and with a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo thats just not good at all. Also you get 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom no matter how long your stay is. So we was there for 7 days. Again just not right for the price we pay for this place. I can stay in a $75 room and get all the tp i need. The condo wasnt spotless but wasnt terrible either. The view is amazing
