Condo was spacious for six of us. Indoor hot tub was nice to have. Icemaker was broken upon arriving, reached out to front desk and they sent someone to try and fix it. Never worked the whole time. Fridge icemaker was sufficient though. We had ants in the master bedroom on the dresser. I could see where there were soda stains from someone spilling. Cleaning crew obviously didn’t wipe it down enough. I had to call the exterminator as the guy at the front desk claimed he couldn’t find the number. Dryer was broken. It took them almost 24 hours to get someone to take a look at it. They eventually replaced the dryer. I requested enough towels for the remainder of our trip and had to ask for them 3 to 4 times. lastly, there was random garbage in different places, crackers, a pacifier paper, etc., the place needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Try better.

The space was great and decoration were very nice. This is the first time we have stayed on this end of the beach. Needless to say we will be coming back. Thank you for taking the time to make the space clean and inviting.

Beautiful ocean beach view. Easy access to the beach. Had a nice time.

Overall a nice place to stay. Reasonably clean except for some mold in the showers. The maintenance department promptly fixed things like lights being out. Be prepared to pay for EVERY parking space you need. When I was told it “comes with 2parking spaces” I assumed that meant it comes with 2. That is miss leading. They actually mean that 2 spaces are guaranteed but you pay $55 each for them. The kitchen is the least appointed of any place we’ve stayed. Needs more silverware, bakeware, and cookware. There are no grab bars in in of the showers, so be aware of that if you have older members. Most of the furniture is ok, but some needs updating and the mattresses are WORN OUT! The ironing board had a cover but no pad on it.

Our first family vacation without my sister. It was hard, but we made a lot of new memories. We laughed a lot and cried a lot. Our condo was absolutely perfect! It was very spacious for our large group and the decor was beautiful. Very satisfied with 2001?

Family, myself, wife, daughter, son in law, 5 children! Slide was a big hit!!! Security did everything he could to control older pool players that would not follow rules. Thanks to him! Indoor pool was a n awesome alternative! Never seen any trash in elevators, parking decks! Desk attendant was so helpful! We will return

Place located at a pristine segment of the coast line. Shops and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes. Property’s amenities make the stay extremely comfortable.

We had a great stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores. The facility and unit was great!
