This entire 1251 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 9th floor is yours to enjoy during your stay. Excellent 9th floor location provides a fantastic view of the ocean and the inter coastal waterway. Hi Def TVs throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with a luxury mattress that you will sink into. A large Hi Def TV will allow you to unwind while laying in bed. There is a separate lighted dressing area that provides additional space to get ready for your day. The massive walk-in closet gives you ample space to store your things during your stay. There are is a luggage rack to make sure your suitcase is within arms reach. The master bath has a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds that will comfortably sleep 4 adults. You’ll enjoy the new mattresses that will assure a good nights rest. There is also a Hi Def TV for all your entertainment needs. The walk in closet will give additional space for all of your belongings. The second bathroom has a full shower. There are extra linens, pillows and blankets available to use should you need them. Plenty of towels for bath and beach are also available. There is a full kitchen with new stainless steal appliances. You will have everything needed to cook and serve meals. The dining room has a table with enough seating for 6. Along with a bar with two barstools. The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family. The large wrap around leather couch with chaise lounge provides the perfect spot to stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. A leather swivel rocker recliner adds additional comfortable seating. There is a built in electric fireplace to cozy up in the evenings. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. A dehumidifier will help ensure that the unit will remain comfortable during your stay. There is also an air purifier available within the unit to maintain the best air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, sun umbrellas and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. The balcony gives you a chance to enjoy breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provides comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore.
