Waves 17 | Community Pool, Close to Beach Access + Activities!

Property manager responsive to a problem.. amenities good. Facility clean

For the most part our stay was quiet & relaxing. Great location for walking to restaurants and beach. If we had brought guests that needed to sleep on pullout couch, the living room window and kitchen window only had thin blinds that the security lights shined thru. They definitely could use some curtains on at least the living room one.

This is the third year we have stayed in this building. Never the same room. I’m huge on cleanliness and this met all of my musts. They do have beach stuff, cooler, chairs, umbrella. NO beach towels so I’m glad we brought ours. I asked if they had a blow dryer they told me no. They have three. I took coffee and filters, a trash bag since they only give you ONE. You only get one roll of ONE ply TP. So depending on how many people are there get some. We did a Walmart delivery and that was amazing. This condo building is right in the middle of everything. Since it was our third year we are getting to know the area very well. Use the free beach ride business. We do or we walk every where. The only issues I had with the room is the toilet didn’t work. With every flush we had to adjust the float, light bulbs in the shower and above vanity don’t work and the screen door wouldn’t close. They for sure need a handy man for some maintenance. I would stay in this room again.

We stayed here while in town for a baby shower. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and son. The unit had a lot of accommodations if you were traveling out of town with kids, stroller, car seat, beach accessories. We drove in from across the state so we did not need to utilize them. We had issues checking in because the code didn’t work which was a little inconvenient at 11pm. The unit was not as clean as I would have preferred. Overall a great place at a great price for 3 days. I’d book again.

It would be nice if they would offer a place to keep your luggage after checkout for people with a late flight

We had a great time at Waves!! Great location, clean property and good price! We would def stay again!!

We liked it so well we have already booked again for another trip. The only thing I would point out was the shower head drips all the time, so we kept the door shut so we didn’t hear it.

We enjoyed our stay. I was surprised that one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag was all we had for an 8 day stay. Possible an oversight?
