The property had great beach access. That was the only positive thing about this place. The furniture was dirty and stained. There were tiny ants everywhere. We had to call property manager to get ant bait to set out. No bedroom door on bottom floor bedroom. The bathroom on bottom floor also doesn’t shut all the way so everyone that walked by could see in the bathroom. The pictures are very misleading.

House was great, had everything required, clean and comfortable. Location on 30a is excellent.Avoids spring breakers from East and West anc remains a peaceful place with access to beach and plenty of restaurant choices.Bikes were a nice touch. We brought our kids bikes and were able take several bike rides.

We just stayed in this property this past week. It was our first time in the Sea Haunts complex. Pros—The complex and location were nice. We were a bit surprised to be using a shared pool with the complex next door but it still worked out fine. The communication with the rental company was good and we actually got to check in early. The provided beach accessories (wagon, chairs, toys, etc) were nice to have for sure Cons—there are no mirrors in any of the rooms except over the sink mirrors in each bathroom. Our group goes out to dinner once or twice and does family pictures. It’s hard to get ready for anything when you have 7-9 people using the bathrooms and there are no mirrors in the bedrooms. It was very lacking in clothing/necessities storage outside of one Rubbermaid 3 drawer “dresser”. The toilet seats in each of the bathrooms were all loose. The AC was hard to control without having to call someone. It consistently got up to 78/79 each day we were there. Not sure if that’s just how it is in Florida or if it should have been easier to control. There was some sand still on the floor upon arrival but we normally sweep or vacuum every other day or so when we go bc none of us enjoy walking on sand everyday but there were no brooms or vacuums to do that with. The kitchen could be better stocked. We had to improvise a few times. There were no saucepans at all, only 2 large stock pans. The can opener didn’t work at all.

This property has amazing beach access. The community was great and everyone was friendly. The condo left a bit to be desired. There was very limited furniture in the bedrooms. No dressers or chest of drawers to unload your clothes into. There were also no mirrors in the bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs had broken closet doors that did not work at all. The top floor sink plunger was completely detached and stopped the sink up. We had to manually unstop it. The temperature was not well controlled throughout the condo. Temps got up to 78° daily and we could not change it without a code. The kitchen was not well stocked, making cooking difficult. Thankfully we brought blankets with us because the beds only had a sheet and very lite comforter on them. There was a tv in the living room and master bedroom only. All in all the beach was wonderful and the community was amazing, but we would pick a different unit next time.

I will start by saying we were super excited to go to 30A for almost a week. Here are the pros and cons of this listing and brutal honesty. Pros - location is amazing, gated community, close to restaurants ice cream, parking, 2 min walk to sand, Cons - they list as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house - it is actually 2 bedrooms and a loft area once you enter with a space they put a bunk bed. It does not have a door or closet; just a plastic 3 drawer dresser you get a Walmart to store clothes. Def not a bedroom with privacy. The bathrooms is one attached to that loft on first floor, a 1/2 bath on main living kitchen floor (doesn’t have a shower), and a very small main bathroom the two bedrooms share on top floor. Other cons - one roll of paper towels - most other stays at places give at least 2-3 starter pack. One trash bag for kitchen, yes one. For that size property, we have been given a few. Not one. Floor was super Sandy and did not seem like it was vacuumed or mopped I killed 3 cockroaches during our stay and have pics to prove it. One on all three levels. The beach equipment they provided is worn, some broken The pool is next door, and is actually part of a time share location. It appears these units have an agreement to use the pool and spa. Lots of families but it works after a long day at beach. In closing, 30A is amazing. This listing did not meet the pictures and info they provided. Just value honesty for price point, felt misled a bit.

Our family of five had a great stay! The unit is a little dated, but it did not hinder our stay one bit. We have stayed at Sea Haunts every year and the location is fantastic! Love this area!

We really enjoyed our time at the beach which was just steps away and the ability to walk to several places for lunch and dinner.
