The location is ideal!

First floor: Stepinto the foyer, and then the dining area, which flows easily into the kitchen, where the kitchen island is the only separation between the lovely updated kitchen and the window-lined sitting area. This is the perfect area to unwind after the beach, enjoy the view, prepare your dinner. The adjoining room has the spiral staircase and a bonus twin bed, and the first floor full bathroom with a shower.

Up the spiral staircase and the second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a gorgeous view of the marsh, and there's the upstairs deck, which also has a view. Each bedroom is large and tastefully decorated. The full bath upstairs has recently been updated with a spacious shower and of course, another view! The owners provide beach chairs, towels, coolers, tennis rackets, linens, beach games and a beach umbrella.
