Waterside 5172 Coquina

Enjoyed my time here. Excellent view of the bay. Waterside has a great pool and pickleball/ tennis courts. The basketball courts sucked.

We had an amazing time at Waterside in Coquina Key.The home is beautiful, and the wide open Bay views from the patio and balcony are incredible.Ryan and Monica are friendly and responded immediately with any questions we had, and everyone we met in Waterside was welcoming.I very highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed and the community had some nice amenities. We would stay there again.

The unit is as advertised and we enjoyed our month at Waterside. The condo was spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and the beds comfortable. It was great to have the extra room and a main floor bathroom. Loved waking up from the primary bedroom with a view of the sunrise over Tampa Bay. Ryan and Monica were responsive regarding anything we needed that wasn't already stocked. They told us in advance of the minor damage from the hurricane to the patio, which the association is tasked with repairing. It didn't impact our ability to use the patio's table and chairs. We had many meals outside looking at the water. We'd love to come again!

We spent 4 weeks at this wonderful spot. The views from the patio off the living room and deck off the primary bedroom facing east over Tampa Bay were fantastic! It was so peaceful to watch the dolphins, birds, and boats go by. The unit is very comfortable with 3 good sized bedrooms and the living area was great for working on our computers and also just relaxing. The community is very friendly with good amenities such as the clubhouse, 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball and miles of walking along the paths and canals. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Location in South St. Petersburg is very convenient with easy access to downtown, shopping, dining, arts, as well as St. Pete Beach and even points south over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. We hope to stay here again when we return next year!

We absolutely loved the view from this well appointed condo in Waterside at Coquina Key. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching dolphins play, cruise ships sail by, and the colorful evening sky. We will definitely be back!

This condo was the perfect fit for my husband and me . This home gave us a comfortable stay while we finished remodeling our new home. The owners were very hands on and accommodating to our needs. The condo was very clean with everything we needed.

Condo was close to our house under renovation and downtown St. Petersburg (where our offices are located). Most importantly, we were also able to have our dogs with us. The best part of staying here is the proximity to the water( literally right outside your back door). This definitely felt like resort style living. I would highly recommend this unit for a stay or vacation.
