Waterscape C303 ~ Free Beach Service ~ Great view of the Resort!

You can see some of the beach but our view was mainly the pool area… Room was everything we hoped for we will definitely be back… lower pool was freezing (kids didn’t care) upper deck pool was heated and perfect later in the day… host was amazing and very easy to communicate with 10/10

Clean and nice resort. The room was spacious. Could be better stocked and the front door won’t shut good.

We had a great stay at Waterscape! The staff is friendly and did a great job of keeping grounds and pools clean. Especially liked that they cleaned the gas grills daily. Our condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone taking a family vacation with kids.

Condo was beautiful in a great spot for kiddos. Fun activities all week for kids, and got great pics with Easter bunny with ocean in background. Coastal Vibes never disappoints, we have stayed with them every year for last 5 years and every condo has been perfect. We cannot wait to plan our next visit with them!!!

Property is very spacious and convenient. Little older but nice amenities and very nice owners.

We loved the location of this condo. Several restaurants were within walking distance. There were so many pools and places for our kids to enjoy when we weren’t at the beach. The beach service was a nice addition to the stay as well. The owner was very responsive any time we had a question regarding the condo. Would definitely love to come back to Waterscape for another vacation.

Traveled from Nebraska. Condo was bigger than expected as the pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed the Florida weather while visiting military family over Christmas. We even left a puzzle for the next travelers to complete!

We had a great stay.

This was an outstanding and very memorable vacation for our whole family. We have a toddler and this resort was perfect for him. The pools and splash pad was definitely the highlight for him. There are great restaurants and attractions close to the resort. The beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this resort & condo for families with young kids.

I took lots of pictures to document the lack of cleanliness in this unit: All of the vents were black, the doors to the closets were filled with thick dust, so I refused to use the closets. The corners of the bunk bed were filthy dirty (close to where your child would lay their head). The ceiling fan in the living room was covered in dust. The floors were gross and our feet would be black in minutes if we didnt keep shoes on or wear socks! The master shower doors had thick black slimy gunk all around them. The master bedroom bed has big sags or divots in it. The dryer door on the inside is loaded with fuzz and lint even after you clean it. The secondary bedroom dresser had dirty drawers inside so I didnt use the dresser either. I also received some butes tgat I an still unclear as to what the bites are from. Bottom line is that this unit is filthy! This unit needs a deep, deep clean and I need a partial refund!

Waterscape is a lovely property in the perfect location. The resort is extremely family friendly for all ages. I took my great niece for her HS grad trip, her two besties since Kindergarten, and her two teenage sisters. The beach is beautiful and the beach service team is awesome with reserving and setting up the chairs/umbrellas. Our condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Working with our host, it was seamless regarding reservations, check-in, check-out, and perfect amenities. Overall it's really quiet inside the condo meaning we didn't hear the neighbors through the walls. I would suggest getting to the pool early, like 8am, to have any chairs for the day. Even though the policy is no saving chairs, everyone saved chairs. We will definitely be back.
