Waterscape B602 ~ Oceanfront 3BR ~ Unbelievable Views!

I’ve stayed at this complex in the past but first time in this unit. Definitely the best unit to date!! Nicely furnished, stocked kitchen, amazing view, and super convenient to beach & pool. Loved that chairs & umbrellas on beach were included. That was an excellent bonus! Highly, highly recommend this unit!

The beach and pier views were fantastic. We loved the walk out to the patio from both masters and the living room. We have stayed at several rooms at the Waterscape and this is by far the best condo we have experienced.

Condo was great with amazing view of ocean. Everyone loved the pool areas and the lazy river. Spent lots of time at the beach. Can't wait to come back next year

I would say this was the best customer service in a rental company we have ever used I would not book with any one else We were in a different room for 3 days and were moving into this room for 7 and they worked with us on getting our food transferred early into the refrigerator before the 4:00!check in time we also got to put our luggage outside the room while we enjoyed the pool until our room was ready The room worked out great for our family and it had a beautiful view and the rooms were all nicely decorated The only complaint I would have is that we needed a pizza pan and couldn't find it if it was there The lazy river is not lazy!!! There are so many kids running thru it without tubes This could become dangerous without a life guard I would definitely go back to this room and property Room was very clean and pretty

This was the 4th year we have stayed in this lovely 3 bedroom condo for the winter (5 weeks). We will return next year to enjoy the Florida sunshine while it snows back home. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

Condo was spacious and well maintained. Perfect location on Okaloosa Island. Great communication with the rental company and will definitely stay there again.

So great for adults and kids of all ages! March is a bit chilly but we knew that prior. Gulf water temp was 65F and air temp 70F, on average. Sand is smooth soft and white. Waves were manageable by kids playing. pool has an area for all ages including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Can’t wait to go back!!!! Family of 8 stayed comfortably.

Waterscape has everything. Great for Families, Couples and Seniors. Local restaurants were great also. The beach views were amazing from this unit. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms and very clean. We would definitely come back.

Condo has plenty of room, balcony is spacious and the view is absolutely amazing! This was our first time to the Emerald Coast and the location is close to everywhere from Pensacola to the West to Panama City Beach to the East. Check in process is so easy and the communication was great start to finish. Will definitely be back to enjoy the amenities as not all the pools were open in the off season. The beach is just steps away and sugary soft!!

This was our 3rd consecutive year coming to waterscape and this condo by far was our favorite! The view was spectacular and the beach/pool access was the easiest we have had! The condo itself had everything we needed and our whole family enjoyed our stay! We will be on the lookout for this condo next year for sure!

The biggest thing about this place is the convenience to the beach and the pool. Such a great location for a family with young children.

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Waterscape with children & grandchildren. The stunning view, beach, and pools were wonderful. We always stay at Waterscapes, and this year was the best vacation yet. Our grandkids are 3 and 5 now, so they enjoyed every bit of it! Thank you for having us in your beautiful condo with the best views. I’m certain we will be back! ?

We had the absolute best time at B602!! The property was so amazing and had everything you need for a great stay! The bed in the master suite was SO COMFORTABLE we want one for our own house! You don’t need to pack beach toys bc they have everything you need! The kids LOVED the bunk beds with the TVs, they thought it was so cool! Everything was clean and tidy and ready for us when we arrived! (And we could even check in a little bit early!) The views of the beach were incredible! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/appliances! We loved this property so much! This is our 2nd stay at Waterscape but our first time at this condo and it blew us away! We had guests from age 2 to over age 70 and everyone loved it! I can’t recommend B602 enough!
